Increasingly: more and more.
“Companies are increasingly hiring people from all over the world”
Beneficial: helpful, useful, or good.
"Listening to only one accent is not really beneficial".
Range: a set of similar things.
“I offered a range of options”.
Likely: if something is likely, it will probably happen or is expected.
“When you travel, it’s more likely for you to find multicultural people and a wide range of accents”.
Therefore: for that reason.
“There are more people who speak English as a second language than as a first language. Therefore, training your ear to understand multiple accents is key”
“Anyone who stops learning is old, whether at twenty or eighty. Anyone who keeps learning stays young.” – Henry Ford

Slds! 🦾
Qué bueno saberlo!
Muy interesante, gracias por compartir.

How to improve listening: 5 infallible tricks
with these tricks is what I put, because that is how I understood the three steps and I did them with these five tricks
Watch TV in original version
It may seem obvious to you, but there are many people who do not know that television in Spain is one of the few in the world that broadcasts its programming always dubbed.
It is an outdated measure, nothing in keeping with the globalized world in which we live. That is why we recommend that you use the original version option offered by television. You have it at your disposal from the button on your remote control.
Find the lyrics of the songs you like the most
Acquiring new routines will help you advance faster and with less effort. If you get used to looking for the lyrics of the songs you listen to in English while you are on the subway, for example, you will see that as you enjoy the songs more, you will improve your comprehension without realizing it little by little.
Get hooked on a series
Believe it or not, it is much more productive to expose yourself to adequate times to English in the original version than to try to watch entire films in English. We advise you to get hooked on a series, a YouTube channel or any other resource such as podcasts or online radio.
If you expose yourself to the English language for a shorter time but on a regular basis, you will gain a habit that will be more difficult to get tired or quit. It’s like you beat yourself up in the gym and then you don’t want to come back for a whole week, has it ever happened to you?
Find conversation classes with native speakers
If you consider how to improve listening, you are surely thinking about your environment and the possibilities of speaking with native people around you. But, if you have problems getting it, you can always find people to talk to through social networks or have conversations with your native teachers in your English academy. You can do it!
Find settings where you can listen to English
You can also travel wherever you can practice the language. It may not be easy for you to find environments where someone speaks regularly in English, but you can plan your vacation based on the opportunities to listen to English that your destination has. In this way, you will be making the most of your budget! Remember to leave shyness at home and live new experiences.
On the road, watching YouTube, hooked on your favorite series or through music: it doesn’t matter how. The important thing is that you practice: choose the form that best suits you and you will see that improving listening is easier than you thought.
and this was my summary of how I understood the 3 skills
Nice day! 😄
What does dance mean to you?
It is an art where body movement is generally used with music, as a form of expression and social interaction for entertainment, artistic, reproductive and religious purposes.
