I have achieved the Groovy language management in the SOAP UI automation, and I have acquired remote work skills and abilities. My latest position was as a Web Tester and it was a great experience since I had the chance of acquired knowledge in the pivotal tracker tool, for incident reporting and I worked for ITBF services, an excellent company that it allowed me to work for Pfizer client in Colombia. I have also worked as a Tests Analyst; I worked as a test’s leader in the Comcel project and I managed the work distribution, through the test-link tool. The tool that I helped to implement in the company. I worked with amazing people. I have also worked as a Tests Engineer; I worked with fantastic people too. I learned to review application manuals. I have also worked as a Tests Technician; I worked with fantastic people too. This was my first employee in the IT area and great achievement.

Actually, I have over 25 years of experience in management positions, in my first job experience I worked as a Process Analyst, and my best achievement was to implement a statistical data process, for that reason, I was promoted as a Production Head; during this period with my team the production of pure gelatin increased by 15%. To exceeding my goals allowed me to have a new promotion to the logistics area in which we had two important accomplishments: implementing a warehouse management and control system and saving to the company $150K in the purchase of raw materials.

I was part of a Bootcamp at Infosys called foundation program where I learn about Programming fundamentals and Object-oriented programming with Python, database management systems, and Java also a little bit of Spring Boot and Angular it was extremely interesting to me to learn about all theses topics but also very challenging, but I never gave up and keep studying as much as necessary to understand the topics and I was able to complete the Bootcamp successfully.
Then I gain my place in an Android training inside the company where I learn the basics of android and built a toy app with real-time database integration, since then I have been studying the android framework by my own taking professional courses on Platzi and Udacity/Google.

I still have not work experience yet, but I have done several projects like my portfolio, a personal blog, applications such as a music player, a rock-paper or scissors game, and 2 pages, one for videos (Platzi Video) and one for cryptocurrencies.

I have had experience in analysis and development solutions for client requirements. My current position is as a Fullstack Developer, I work with a team of 15 developers and testers and together we provide the right solutions to our clients. I have also worked in the Banking industry, I worked in an important Bank developing their Internet Banking solution. I have had experience in mobile marketing, including digital and CRM marketing strategies. I have been working as Administrative Assistant Jr. for 2 yeas in a Family company that sales sanitory items.
In this position, I make invoices, talk to providers and costumers, make data bases of the customers, go to the bank to change paychecks. I worked with 3 more people in this role and they teached me all about administrative tasks

I have also worked as a Department IT Chief, there i have the oportunity to cordinate 10 engineers of diferents IT areas, like infraestructure, networks, systems development and final users support.
I have had experience in Project management, in this possicion i coordinated 4 developers,we worked in many health pojects like COVID notification system for the state health public laboratory, and the system records health to all first level to health atencion clinics.

I have had experience in developing software and activities related with quality assurance an business analisys so I have participated in the most relevant activities around the cycle of development software. After that, I worked as a Project manager in a company called Software estratégico where in the same company I started to work as a Scrum Master so I know both sides of the world, I mean, I got positive results using PMI methodology but when I started to work using Scrum as an Scrum master role I realized the power of working in the agile way. What do you think community ?

I have had experience working as a customer service representative in Spanish and English for over 3 years and every day I`m wiliness to go the extra mile to give the best customer service possible. And is an incentive for me not just because is glad to do my best effort every day but because I every month earn the extra bonus for quality. I´m proud because recently I received a personal congratulation directly from a client from U.S.A. for a retention call that they audited and the call completely meet the expectations.

Lately I have had experience in digital transformation, project management and cybersecurity. My latest position was as business advisor and coaching for a Country Manager from an important international company.

Basically, I worked giving them an external point of view about the correct way to leads a digital transformation process that started late due the covid pandemic situation and they have been forced to try to upgrade their business at the eleven hours, bringing to the staff a lot of painful situations. Actually, the company still working on deal with the digital transformation issues daily.

Also, I discovered a security issue for a huge international company and I am dealing with them about the way to be fixed giving them a few suggestions related to the correct way to work in the project management fields and cybersecurity.

Past Experience

I have worked as a team member of a technical support team where we also develop improvement to digital channels. It was a great experience because I can apply my knowledge to solve problems. At that moment we had a difficult to setup local environment for developers due to the legacy of the backend. It took us up to two week setting up the local environment. With this problem in mind, I develop an automatic environment setup that help us to reduce the the time from two weeks to a 10 minutes. It help me to get new hard skills like docker, batch programming, gradle, among others.

I have had experience in functional analysis, software development and QA Tests. My current position is as a QA Engineer and it has been a great experience, because I had the opportunity to learn about industries that I didn’t know and also to meet new people. In my previous position I worked as a software developer and learned about MVC Model in Java. I have also worked as a functional analyst, information analyst and data analyst, these were good experiences because I had the chance to improve my skills and contribute with research projects, health programs and educational applications. As your QA Engineer, I would like to contribute with my experience to assist in the development of good quality products.

At the position of system operations coordinator, most of the systems implemented led to a 100% of digital transformation and modernization (optimization and automation) of processes throughout the production chain (publishing and printing) and digital archiving of the newspaper (news, infographics, photographs, pdf, and e-book version of the newspaper). It got the newspaper to be on the cutting edge of the new digital era and adopt a better work culture as well.

I have had experience as a Maintenance Engineer over 2 years. My main activities where to give Preventive and corrective Maintenance to different types of machines, this including robots, pneumatics, hydraulics, PLC programming and debuging, and also general Maintenance.

I started to work when I was 20 years old while I was studing my technical degree, after finishing university internship at Raul Orejuela Hospital, I worked for a supplier at the same institution a few months without get my degree. After Thar I started to work in C4, there I was the technician who installed and qualified laboratory equipment, next I went to work as biomedical technician at Sigma clinic, an ophthalmology and plastic surgery clinic. When I have been a few months i had the chance to work with Suramericana and Dinamica IPS as supplier company member called Sodexho, there I was the one who coordinated the technical service providers. One year and 4 months later I got my actually job as metrologist, technical support and maintenance manager in Agrosavia, I am who do maintenance and calibration to laboratory equipment, and I also manage the entire administrative and contractual process

In early 2022 I was hired as a consultant for calibrating electrical meters since the business was backlogged with pending meters to test and calibrate. What I did was helping with unpacking them, preparing them for the tests by loosening some bolts, and adjusting them in large stretchers to test them. When the tests were done I released them, assigned and placed seals or non-conformity seals, adjusted some bolts again and repacked them.

At first I was slow, but I learned how to work fast with the team. I generally worked well with the core employees and other consultants and was assisting them in having the tasks done as fast as possible. I never handled the actual tests, but it was because someone else was taking that task and I was helping the people there to prepare and organize the meters.

I have had experience in the geological field as an engineer who strengthens the knowledge and reduction process about geological risk in the Antioquia department (Colombia). Also, I had been a university professor in the administrative and logistics area.
During my master’s degree, I was working on structured data specific to debris flow phenomenon prediction. I had to build a database, clean it, explore all the relationships between variables, make an experimental design, and purpose three different algorithms to predict when debris flow occurs.
