We need to think about the value of a meeting, meetings should never be completely replaced. you need to familiarize yourself with the subject. Now prepare your points. What is your role and what do you want to talk about in the meeting.
Now once the meeting started don’t interrupt. This is very important. And then be an active part in the meeting. Give your comments, say: yes. I agree or not, I do not agree, they are all a team, a company supports each other. And for online meetings, now that we are in the “home office”, online meetings are key.
