Advice Description
Be prepared Again, be prepared for everything you do. Prepare a list of points to talk about in the call, and take small notes. Prepare and plan your call.
Speak slowly If you speak too fast, you can confuse the other person, the message can get lost. It鈥檚 just a phone call, there鈥檚 no face to face interaction.
Introduce yourself / Be polite You should always say who are you, especially if they don鈥檛 know you. And, always, be polite with everyone.
Ask for clarification / confirm the information Ask more questions if you need. Ask for clarification and confirm the information.
Take notes Take notes while you鈥檙e talking. You know exactly what you spoke about and you could be very clear after the call.

La comunicaci贸n por tel茅fono no pasa de moda y es una opci贸n importante que deber铆as tener en cuenta para comunicarte con otras personas en el trabajo.
