In the last two organizations that I worked for, I didn’t match with their culture and that was because the main values were money, do it, and don’t worry about the results and negativity. Thank God I don’t work there anymore!

When a company is creating its company culture always needs to be focused in employees to provide a good product or service to its market target.

In the company that i work, i always hear "the production never should stop"
The message is not than encouraging because the workers have that run at all the place, don´t care one accident. The company has the potential for be the best.

The culture of the company can be a important factor for you choice a company to work…

Here´s a very nice Ted Talk about communication and culture. I also found some extra vocabulary about work like: Walkout (huelga), foster (fomentar), ombudsperson (defensor del pueblo), gamble (apostar), harnessing (aprovechar) and reassure (tranquilizar)

In my case, I think is hard make a company culture. I have a time being freelancer. Actually, the company culture is my individual culture. In the future, i wait that it change, I would like work with others people and partager the culture with those.

I work in the audit department of a medium company, and I think the values and the culture are the most important things for give an identity to the business. It is very useful for the employees, because everybody understand what is looking for an how we will get the goals of the entitiy.

It’s very important to research about the culture of the company when you are looking a laboral opportunity, becuase you could fine a environment that it’s not attractive for your professional development.

We have people of different genders, origins, different religions and that makes our company diverse and international. Also, we must think about positivity and productivity. If you are positive and happy in your workplace, you will be more productive, so we must focus on positivity as well.
