Ohhh now I know what “networking” means, I had the doubt of why Christian says “networking” to the act of meeting people xD Now I understand it

Nowadays, we have more and more facilities at the time to start to find a job
At first, you must sign in a social media app to share your skills and experience in your job position.
Once you have signed in, and must fill out all you curriculum, such as, studies, work experience, subjects and also there is an option where you can add digital certificates. The most important thing is that you can control who can see your profile with just setting up the privacy setting option and done.
Then, is time to search which companies would you like to work, or if you don’t still know, you can research ones and a good idea is checking if it has a known logo.
After that, you already chose some companies, let’s apply to jobs and once you have the opportunity to attend an interview, you must be confident to tell them how are you important to their company and how are your strengths relevant to this job.
If after a few days the interviewer has not called you to give your feedback, don’t bother to know what was the thing that something was failed, some companies wont used to call.

Don’t forget, never give up, make a lot of networking and go on! There are a lot of opportunities and you most be prepared for that one to get your dream job.

Feedback is a big word. I usually use it when I request to see a result of anything like a report or double-check when working on a project. Two neurons are always better than one.

People are comfortable when you’re politely asking them.

An advice that mentor tell me, it’s that i could share information or content in social media, because this is a form that show my knowledge.
In my experience i only have **interviews ** when i **apply ** for a job. But a good advice is that you couldn’t **apply **only when you need to change of company.
Now, I’m working in a team where we need to **research ** a lot, because we can support with new ideas to other teams.
Seven years ago, when i was in the university i design thhe **logo ** of our team. This was a good experiences.
When you apply for job, you should show **confident ** of your abilities.
Already the past week, i enter to my facebook to review my privacy setting, and it has resulted a bad experience, it’s not userfriendly in my opinion.
About the situation i think is more difficult to know people, but you could try with your networking.
Don’t permit that your last **fail ** didn’t give you a learnings.
I think that my highlight **strength ** is to be creative.
I hate the companies where it isn’t part of their culture give feedback.
