Pay attention is important if you want to be a good listener because you need to take care of what other people are saying, you don’t have to interrupt, listen, take care and give feedback.

One of my main activities in my last job were to made a back up to every equipment of the zone.

When you are going to give a speech, you need to know your audience, because it helps you to think how to give interesting information that make audience to pay attention, when you give a speech, you are negotiating with the people to convince them, they have to be agreement with your ideas.

During a negotiation you need to pay attention to the counterpart requirements. If necessary, don’t hesitate to clarify your arguments to stand in a position where you can feel confidence to reach a fair agreement.
