A question I always get asked is “how do I know I have what it takes to be a coach?” In this module I try to address that question
I think that today everyone is an “expert” in something. Before I was sad about this but now I know that we are all learning and it’s okay if I don’t know “enough”.
People around me has told me that I’m a very good listener and that they like I take my time to think and see the whole picture before giving advise. I consider myself a good team player, the one who is always looking after the rest of the team making sure that everything goes as planned.

I think that I am very good at “Agile” and their practices as scrum, kanban…
Think I am very good at solving or changing the vision of problems,. Moreover I like to listen and give advices when ever someone ask for.
I consider that I am very good in the whole area of socio-emotional intelligence and conflict resolution, I love to help people, and the learning acquired in my school based on the conceptual mindsets for the organization of ideas helps me a lot.

I am expert on manage teams work, I have a new position on my company, and my Bosses trust that I have the necessary leadership. I just organize the people and give them guidelines, next, I work the motivation, meet the people, listen them problems, and, I try to motivate them. Finally, there is a comfortable environment work, where everybody accomplish the goals.
In my experience, when someone ask me for an advise, I lokin in Her/his situation, asked for details ´cause is important to know the context in order to be empathy and then I can provided the best idea based in facts, that I belive can work

En lo que estoy segura que soy una “experta” es en mi inteligencia emocional, y como aprendi con cada situacion, sobre todo con las dificiles a siempre ver el “lado bueno” de las cosas para sacar provecho de estas situaciones, entonces mis experiencias y como las he enfrentado con mi inteligencia emocional han servido de mucho para otras personas que se han acercado a mi “ahogadas en un vaso con agua”

Pienso que en realidad, no me considero experto en algún tema, pero tengo mucha experiencia en la enseñanza en contextos vulnerables.
I think learning is a never ending path, so to be a expert it’s hard to define, but sometimes you arrived at a point in which you no longer feel uncomfortable with the lack of knowledge in some area you feel at ease even with the ignorance that you may have, in that moment, I think you could start teaching
I have two areas of knowledge that can be said as an expert on the personal as Martial Artist and Practicing Shaolin Fa Men Chuan and helped and guided several friends to reach black belt and more.
My other area is in my work, promotion of patrimonial insurance in personal cars and home. where I help agents reach their goals
