If you were starting. I would say that you need to chosee the topic that you're going to coach on. Then you need to ask to the market what are the currents needs on that subject. From there, you can search the cutting edge solutiona that can help to solve those needs and create a methodoly where is clear the value that you customer is going to get. If were possible you should create some MVPs or Demos too.

I met a group of teenagers ten years ago that I can call friends now. The fact that I am ten years older than them has helped me to help them to face some challenges of being an adult. Their testimonials would be a perfect start to build up my reputation.

Creo que en un principio, toca dar gratis o a un bajo costo el servicio para adquirir experiencia de forma fácil. Seria interesante que desde esta plataforma, Platzi nos proveyera de personas que quieren recibir coaching y que ellos nos evaluaran.

I think that, just like you said, the reputation about me is created by me (obviusly) but at the same time it´s created by the people who surruand me and their interpretation about my personality and work. It´s something that take many years and it´s always changing. There are so many people saying things that they don´t really know… (this can affect the idea of you even before the person knows you).

 Te preguntarán ¿cuál es tu metodología de enseñanza? ¿de coaching?, debes tener suficiente experiencia como educador
 La siguiente pregunta ¿quiénes son tus otros clientes? Si te han permitido compartir esa información ellos podrías ser tu mejor carta de presentación.
 La gente querrá saber el valor que aportan tus sesiones de coaching, querrán saber si vale la pena contratarte porque podrás entregar más valor del que estás ofreciendo.

Some people in your market will question you and come to you with this very question: Who are you? Why should they hire you? Your potential client will challenge you and ask you questions about your experience. People will want to know if you have coached people with similar challenges to those they have faced. They will ask you: What is your teaching methodology? Coaching? You must have enough experience in education. You must have enough experience in education or courses, in coaching, so that you can defend yourself when they come with an argument like: How do you teach? What is your pedagogy? So that you can answer with science. The next step is that people will probably ask you who your other clients are. Some of your clients will be very valuable. My strategy is start to couch some relatives, friends or coworkers, built a reputation with them, practice and practice, and finally ask for feedback from them.
