Transformación de una víctima a responsable.
El síndrome de la víctima es algo muy común que le sucede a los coaches, es parte de la mentalidad o de la forma en que tu cliente se podría sentir cuando pide tu ayuda.
No es raro que un cliente se acerque a un coach sintiéndose víctima de las circunstancias.
Es la mentalidad de algunas personas que les hace pensar que están haciendo atacadas o están siendo acusadas. También se centran muchos en errores que cometieron en el pasado y ven un mundo llenos de enemigos.
