Manage a few metrics: When starting out, focus on a few metrics. As your process becomes more sophisticated, you can expand and diversify the indicators.
Periodic follow-up: Establish a frequency with which you will review these indicators. This ensures that you don't lose sight of your objectives over time.
Look for results that are substantiated: Differentiate between real results and excuses, and pay attention to those with solid foundations.
Implementing a step-by-step measurement system is easier if you have a template. Let's exemplify with the goal of a marketing department: bring a thousand qualified leads to the WhatsApp channel.
