Automation allows you to program and control any aspect of a DAW or its plugins on the timeline. It is a versatile tool that makes it easy to create dynamic effects without constant manual intervention. In Reaper, track envelopes are essential to perform these automations. But how do we access them and what creative uses can we make of them?
In Reaper, envelopes can be opened from the 'Trim' menu. When clicked, we select 'Track Envelopes Automation' and activate the display and editing of desired parameters. To begin with, we activate the volume, making it visible and editable. With this, we directly influence the behavior of the sound in the timeline.

Envelope points are generated by Shift-clicking on the timeline. They can be moved up or down to increase or decrease the volume or any other automated parameter. In addition, by holding down the Alt key, you can modify the curvature of the envelope segment, allowing for smoother or more abrupt transitions.

Not only volume can be automated. In fact, with a simple shortcut like the V key and accessing 'Trim' again, we can automate any parameter of a plugin. For example, with the ReaEQ equalizer, it is possible to manipulate the frequency of a specific band, which allows us to shape the sound in novel ways, such as imitating the sound of a wind or a storm.

To finalize a project, it is crucial to render the file correctly. Here you select the audio source, the limits and the destination directory. The sample rate, preferably 48 kHz, and the file format, usually WAV for maximum quality and OGG as a high-value compressed option. In addition, it is possible to render in both formats simultaneously, thus optimizing our results.
Sample Rate: Defines the quality of the audio; 48 kHz is normally used.
Output Format: For professional audio work, use WAV with a bit depth of 24.
Tail space: Delete for more freedom during post-production.
Time selection: Make sure it matches the desired length of the final file.
Post-render check: Always listen to your rendered files to avoid errors.

Tambien para realizar el render, en ovaciones es mejor crear un canal en el DAW el cual reciba las señales y grabar este canal. Para tener más control de todo lo que está pasando. Un saludo
Se puede tomar pantallasos en Windows 10 manteniendo pulsando: sift, la tecla windows, y pulsando la tecla S . y luego haces como un recorte a lo que le quieres tomar un pantallaso. (todo en ese orden)
