This is my practice from the audio:

JUAN: Good morning, everyone. Nice to meet you all. I’m very excited to be part of your team.

BOSS: Welcome, Juan. Nice to have you here also.

JUAN: Thank you. I’m thrilled to be part of the team.

BOSS: Listen up, everyone. Juan comes from our Miami office. Well, recommended, by the way.

BOSS: Jim, could you show Juan around today, and give him an orientation.

JIM: Sure… Why not?

BOSS: If you have any questions, Juan, please don’t hesitate to ask me. See you later today, at 4:00 p.m for a one-on-one meeting.

JUAN: Okay.

JIM: Welcome to our office. You’ll be ( ~in~ ) “ON” my team, so you will have a lot to learn in a short amount of time. So let me show you around. Here’s the break room, where you can eat your lunch and get coffee.

JUAN: Okay, great. Can I take my lunch break anytime I want?

JIM: Well, usually, like it’s anytime between 12:00 and 2:00 p.m., mmm… But you can only take one hour for lunch. I’m so busy. So I usually take only 30 mins.

JUAN: OK. And the coffee is complimentary, right?

JIM: Well, yes, it’s free for all employees, but I wouldn’t abuse this benefit if I were you.

JUAN: Okay.

JIM: Okay. Let’s go to the fifth floor, and see where your desk is.

JIM: Here is where you will work. You cannot watch YouTube or listen to music during your workday. Okay.

JUAN: Mmmmm… Okay.

JIM: Any questions?

JUAN: No, I got it for now. If I have a question, I will let you know. Thanks.

JIM: Okay. Good luck Juan. See you later.

JUAN: Bye.
