I wake up at 2 am, i’m morningman, you know!. Because I work for a Spain Company, so my sheadule is very different than general people. Every mornings the first thing that I do is clean my body, internally and externally, with the meditation and the peace of the silence, it’s a winner’s hour. I don’t eat nothing, only I drink a cup of coffe and maybe a cook. When I finish my workday, starting my other life like a Emma’s father. I go to the park with my dougther and we go to eat a ice cream, it’s absolutelly amazing share time whit the people that charger your battery for the next day. The next of my day, is very secret, it’s my secret of my happiness, if you want to know what is my secret, close your eyes and think: How will be the perfect day tomorrow, imagine all pictures, from sensations, feelings, and imagine to share your time of quality with the important peoplefor you. My dad wakes up at 7:00 am, he reads a book and looks at his phone, he takes a shower and he eats his beakfast. He starts to work from home at 9:00 am, he eats lunch at 1:00 pm and later he takes a rest to starts to work from home again. Then, when I finish the work, I go to the gym, and it’s very well because I take out the stress, between 5 pm to 6 pm o’clock or 6:30 pm like max time.

Finally, when I leave the gym, I go home, and I’m going to greet my family, we cook dinner, and then I go to take my university’s classes between 7 pm to 9 pm, and then I attend my other remote work, that is if I have pending tasks, if not, I play video games, and that is just if my friends being online or if not, I study at Platzi C# or SQL for reforce my knowledge.

And this is my beautiful daily routine, and yes!, soooo hard, but I can do it, I want to be the best version of me

My brother’s routine

He wakes up at 10 o'clock, the first thing that he makes is to take a shower and then he turns on his computer for started to work, he has lunch and then continued work till 6 o'clock and then he goes out to visit our father every day, then he arrives home and watches shows on Netflix with me.

I wake up very late everyday at 11 a.m to be specific, because i work at night for a company located in Romania so I have to match my local time with their time, then I have a shower in order to be not sluggish after that I take my breakfast/lunch, in the afternoon mostly I learn something new and play videos games, when it is already dinner time, I talk with my parents until the time to get to work comes

On sundays and saturdays, i try to have more time with family or go outside in order to avoid stressed out
