para responder a esta pregunta se puede hacer de varias maneras.
USANDO LOS NUMERO
** primero la hora y luego los minutos
** para la hora exacta se utiliza la palabra O’clock
** para los minutos precedidos, por un cero (01 al 09) se utiliza la palabra 0, entre la hora y los minutos.

USANDO EL PAST y TO: este se usa para decir la hora, de forma natural como cuando nosotros decimos, son las ocho y cuarto, son las 3 y media y asi.
hasta la media hora osea de 01 a 30, se usan las palabras PAST o AFTER, primeros en una hopracion se usan los minutos y lego la hora,
la estructura es, IT’S + (minutos) + past/ fater +( hora)
09: 15pm— it’s quarter after nine.

desde 30 a 59 se usa TO, y su estructura quedaria asi. IT’S + (MINUTOS QUE FALTAN) + TO + (la hora que empieza)

hay que tner en cuenta, para una cuarto de hora se escribe QUARTER,
Y para, media hora se utiliza la palabra half.
