Subgroups are terms that you can introduce when communicating in English to choose something among different possibilities or to name, within a sentence, elements of a group of people/things.
Imagine you are at the cinema and you ask your partner if he/she would prefer to eat now or after the movie. To express this sentence and the different options, there are four words to talk about subgroups in English.
Either - either
Neither - none
Each - each one
All - everyone
Either
Either is a word that is used to choose between two possibilities.
We can either eat now or after the movie. It's up to you.
Q: Would you like pork or fish? A: Thanks, but I don't like either of them.
Neither
Neither is a word that refers to no choice between two people or things. The sentence should be in the positive and the verb should be conjugated in the third person singular.
My parents live in Colombia, neither of them lives in the USA.
Each
Each is a word that refers to an individual element of a group. The verb will be conjugated in the third person singular.
Each of us likes pizza.
Each of the siblings has a different personality.
All
All is a word that refers to all the elements of a group.
All of us agree with you.
All of them are tired.

As either as neither is used to choice two options, but either is used for affirmative sentence, however with use either with negative auxiliar like don't or doesn't.

we can comment either before the class or after, however. I recommend until finishing the class.

Choice between two possibilities. For example, we can express which of two options we prefer, we can also use it if we disagree, or we don’t want any of the two options.
When we use a negative auxiliary like “don’t”, “shouldn’t” or “won’t” and we want to disagree with either options, we should use the word “either”.

Not either of the two things or people. We use this when we are talking about two options, but in a negative connotation.
When we use the word “neither”, we also take it as a singular pronoun.

Individual members of a group. The word “each” is taken or considered as a singular pronoun.
We use the word “either” to indicate two possibilities, for instance:
The length of the paragraph would be either joint ideas or short sentences.
You could consider improving either your strength or your cranky mood beforehand, darling.
We’ll arrange either the blurry window or the parquet below the home.
I begged him for help either monetary or civil.
The inheritor had shaken in the middle of the reunion while the joint relatives sued him.

It’s the negative form of the word “either”, it indicates disagreement with all options.
Would you like to buy any of these purses? No, I would buy neither of them.
