  • Alexander Bell invented the telephone.
  • It was Alexander Bell who invented the telephone.

Veamos algunos ejemplos:

Oración normal Haciendo énfasis
I need to go on vacations. What I need is to go on vacations.
He wants to get promoted. What he wants is to get promoted.
I payed the ticket at the end. What I did at the end was to pay the ticket.

  • The conference room is a better place to have the meeting.
  • It is the conference room where she wants to have the meeting.

  • And finally It was Matt Cutts who mentioned about writing a novel in a month to do so he said that we need to write more than one thousand words per day until we get it.

A few years ago, feeling stuck in a rut, I decided to follow the example of the great American philosopher Morgan Spurlock by embarking on a 30-day challenge. The concept was simple: pick something you’ve always wanted to incorporate into your life or eliminate from it and commit to it for 30 days. This timeframe was found to be just right for forming new habits or breaking old ones. During these challenges, I noticed that time became more memorable, and I gained self-confidence as I took on increasingly difficult challenges, transforming from a desk-dwelling computer nerd to an adventurous person who even hiked Mount Kilimanjaro.

I also discovered that if you truly desire something, you can sustain it for 30 days. For instance, I wrote a novel in a month by consistently writing 1,667 words each day. While it may not be the next great American novel, it granted me the title of “novelist” for life.

One essential lesson was the effectiveness of making small, sustainable changes that were more likely to endure. While big, ambitious challenges are fun, they tend to have lower stickability. For example, giving up sugar for 30 days was a success, but on day 31, it was hard to resist.

In conclusion, my message to you is simple: don’t wait any longer. The next 30 days will pass regardless of your actions. So, why not pick something you’ve always wanted to try and commit to it for the next 30 days? Thank you.

What Matt Cutts said was that he had been doing the same old things for too long

What Matt needed was to add new habits within a 30-day period.

He started with something simple like take a photo each day, and that simple action showed him how the days passed in the month, were more than just days. He also climbed the Kilimanjaro and wrote a book just writing some words each day, though it isn’t the best book but he wrote it.
