Expresa contraste entre dos ideas para indicar que a pesar de determinada circunstancia, se llevará a cabo lo contrario de esa situación.
Puedes utilizar “no matter” junto con un pronombre relativo, también conocidos como palabras “wh” (how, where, why, etc.), para expresar contraste de una situación.
Fórmula: No matter + relative pronoun + adjective/adverb + clause, main clause.
Veamos algunos ejemplos: - No matter how far away you live, I’ll visit you. - No matter how carefully you drive, anyone can have an accident. - No matter where you are, I will find you. - No matter what you think, you should respect others’ opinions. - No matter how busy you are, you need to rest. - No matter how well you drive, you shouldn’t speak on the phone.
Es trascendental la utilización de dos cláusulas en este tipo de oraciones, una para indicar el contraste que acompaña la situación y la cláusula principal de la oración. Expresa de esta forma oposición entre dos ideas.

If someone has the same doubt as I did about the apostrophe in others’, I share this post from Britnney Ross.
Style guides vary in their recommendations of what to do when you have a singular proper noun that ends in s. Some recommend adding only an apostrophe:
Charles Dickens’ novels Kansas’ main airport
Others say to add apostrophe+s:
Charles Dickens’s novels Kansas’s main airport
No matter which style guide you use, add only the apostrophe to plural proper nouns that end in s:
The Harrises’ house The Smiths’ vacation
Use whichever style matches the style guide you use for your writing. If you don’t have a style guide, it’s OK to just pick one of the methods, as long as you don’t switch back and forth within the same document.

SUMMARY:
NO MATTER is used to express CONTRAST.
Structure: NO MATTER + relative pronoun (WH) + an adjective or an adverb + a CLAUSE + then MAIN CLAUSE.
The clauses are pieces of the sentence. MAIN CLAUSE is a sentence that can survive on its own. The OTHER CLAUSES can be attached to the MAIN CLAUSE.
For example: no matter how far away you live, I’ll visit you.
It would be: no matter how (relative pronouns) far away (adverb) you live (the other clause), I’ll visit you (the main clause).
It could be that we don’t have an adjective or an adverb in the sentence.
If you don’t need one, you don’t have to use it.
