It’s my turn.
The reliquary.
A long time ago, there were a millennial people settle in the highlands of a country. This people had a developed culture, advanced in its time. As other cultures had their myths and legends. One of them was related with an ancient and miraculous relic of one of their kings that governed centuries ago.
The relic was in a reliquary. It was a bracelet that belong the king. Your importance is that made miracles. Over all when they needed rain, they took him in procession, around the town. Then, in a day, in a week start to rain. They trusted in it deeply.
Each five years the reliquary was entrusted to a special family. That family put it on a special place at the house and decorate it with flowers, plants, flashy and shiny things.
Nowadays, the descendance of that people, forgot the importance of this relic. They consider it like a creepy thingy and its story it’s not truth. The sacred leads were lost. Only older people respect it yet.
Recently, an anthropologist arrived at the town, and he said that he studies people’s mythology and legends, so he was visiting the place.
