- Directors
- Managers
- C-Level (Level)
In these profiles the most important thing is to find the purpose and identify how the person is able to align it. Thanks to his or her ability to influence, this person can have an impact on the people he or she works with.
Something valuable is that he/she shares the same values that the company wants to promote.
