Understanding Indefinite Compound Pronouns

9/19
Recursos

PCI Someone Somebody Somewhere Something
Origen People People Places Things

Cuándo emplear some y any

  • Would you like something to drink? / ¿Quieres algo de beber?
  • Please, someone get my order / Por favor, que alguien me traiga mi pedido.
  • I want to go somewhere to relax / Quiero ir a un punto para relajarme.

Any es para negaciones y preguntas.

  • You are grounded. You are not going anywhere / Estás castigado. No vas a ninguna parte.
  • Is anyone here? / ¿Hay alguien aquí?
