Every problem has many solutions because a problem can be take in different ways, it just opens your mind.

• At the college, we had a laboratory related to the start of a synchronous motor, but we had to investigate the different methods to start that electrical machine. The problem was that our group had to use a method that is not explicit in the books, and there isn’t documentation on the internet. The method was called “Starting a synchronous motor with a prime motor”. So, the solution to the problem was to understand the behavior of the electromagnetic fields on the asynchronous machine and how with the use of two sources and a DC-coupled motor on the rotor we could start the machine as a motor and not as an electrical generator.
  The solution was accurate because starting the DC motor coupled to the AC generator, and when we reached the nominal speed, using another AC power source to supply the AC motor on the stator with AC current, we were able to use the AC machine as a motor and not as a generator.

Years ago, it was difficult to imagine all the changes that will become to my life. I remember that I was angry with all the world, but the real problem was with myself.
Arrived a day that I can’t do more, I hated how my life was going at this moment, I needed a change.
So, I find many books that were helpful and necessary, to open to the world up my reals feelings and emotions.
So, now I’m enjoying every moment like it was the last one. This is the unique thing that you can have the security that will happen, one day you won’t wake up and this will be your end. ¿Is it that you want in your life?

Creating a new marketing agency represents a challenge because of the existent value proposals. A the beginning things could not work properly but they should address this issues to choose the effective procedures that will help determine the direction of each project. In this year I have felt very interested to investigate more about autism and Asperger conditions in children around 5 to 9 years. It is challenging to see that here in Colombia we do not have that much knowledge in this field which I think it is very important to know more about how to provide more tools to the children and parents that deal with this situation in their daily basis and do not understand how they can be better parents for their children.

I noticed that in the attitudes that an autism child or Asperger has, the most of parents think that their children are not normal, but instead they are different, but cannot be separated from the humans and the right they have to be listened and understood in society.

The first step to understand and find a solution is to accept that this children are very smart, their abilities to do things are greater more than the overall, and sometimes they do not talk like normal people, some do not feel comfortable with high sounds or to be the focus of attention, but they are definitely special human beens that need respect.
