I practice some exercises based on Wing Chung routines, but I practice 10-15 minutes of stretch in my hands, legs, and arms; then I do routines of 10 kicks with my legs and 10 strikes with my hands. Finally, I finish with 5 minutes of Wing Chung routine for hands, arms, and forearms.

My routine wellness its a meditation routine composed of three parts. This is active meditation.
Phase 1. You feel your body from the head to your toes, counting 3 three times.
Phase 2, You imagine in a quiet and happy place, visualizing number 2, two times.
Phase 3. You count from 10 to 1 and visualise the number 1 three times.
This is a very short resume of the SIlva Method. Its amazing. It helps throght 2020

The video Wing Chun Hands shows the master’s impressive Wing Chun display, before which the viewer is amazed by the precision, smoothness and control of the practitioners. This martial arts demonstration combines technology, strategy and discipline in a breathtaking spectacle, which inspired new research on Wing Chun and its principles.
Warm-up:
Start with a gentle five-minute walk or on-site gait to increase blood flow and warm up the muscles.
Perform some gentle joint rotations.
Aerobic exercise:
Choose a low-impact aerobic activity that suits your fitness level, such as walking, swimming or cycling.
Aim for at least 30 minutes of aerobic exercise five days a week.
Strength training:
Perform strength exercises to maintain muscle mass and improve bone density.
Flexibility exercises:
Include stretching exercises to improve flexibility and range of motion.
Hold each stretch for 15 to 30 seconds and repeat two or three times.
Finish your routine with a five-minute walk or slow-paced activity to gradually slow your heart rate.
Perform static stretches, focusing on the muscles you worked during the session.
Breathe deeply and relax to help your body recover.

It is believed to have originated in the southern Chinese province of Guangdong during the Qing dynasty, and is named after its legendary founder, Ng Mui, a Buddhist nun who is said to have created the style after observing a crane and a snake fighting.
