excellent class, great way to apply english to everyday situations.

  1. Before starting physical exercises: we stand up and take a stroll. It’s calming to walk and it helps us connect to our bodies and to our breath. It’s energizing to warm up. It helps us prepare the body before and after we do exercise.
  2. We stand with our geet in parallel. The right arm stretches forwards. After the left arm stretches forwards too. Then, we stretch our fingertips up towards the ceiling. This way our forearms are stretched. We repeat once.
  3. From the last position, we clasp each of our hands separately. After, we clasp our fingertips together and push them through. Then, we bend our knees and drop your head simultaneously and finally we stand back up again. We repeat one more time and finally we drop our arms and give them a shake.
  4. Our right shoulder takes a circle backwards. After, we do the same with the left shoulder. Then we draw a circle with both shoulders forwards. We repeat once and finally ourselves
    a little shake.
  5. We stretch our right arm across our body and use the other arm to stretch over. We repeat the same with the arms changed. We repeat exercises on both sides and give our arms a shake.
  6. We stretch our right leg forwards. After we bend the left knee. Then we do the same with the sites changed.
  7. Standing still, we raise our right knee and draw a circle with our right foot. First clockwise and second counterclockwise. After we do the same with the other leg.

warm up: it is the activity that a person do before to start an exercise. Getting ready their muscles.
stretch: extending a body part, it is an unusual position that give you energy,
