The Border Collie is the most intelligent dog race in the world.

That was a really interesting conversation! Thank you teachers! 馃檶

Jhon: Interestingly, there are multiple studies confirming that being creative can increase positive emotions, lessen depressive symptoms, reduce stress and decrease anxiety.
Mariana: Really?鈫楋笍
Jhon: Yeah. And you know what really changed my life when I was in your position?
Mariana: What? 鈫楋笍
Jhon: Adopting a dog!
Mariana: You adopted a dog?
Jhon: Yes! A Border Collie. I named him Buddy.
Mariana: Buddy? 鈫楋笍 That鈥檚 the perfect name!
Jhon: Yeah, Buddy came into my life to make it better. We started going for 15 minute walks three times a day which eventually became 30 minute walks.
Mariana: That鈥檚 amazing, Jhon!
Jhon: Those walks gave me a space for creative thinking and that started elevating my energy levels. So鈥 once I began taking those breaks, I gave my brain and body a chance to reset and restore.
Mariana: And how did that help you decide to leave your previous company? 鈫楋笍鈫橈笍
Jhon: You see, when the perfect job offer came my way, I was already in another mental state. I was so happy with my life that resigning was easy. I left that company that wasn鈥檛 helping me grow and I found the appreciation and the community I needed here at Platzi.
Mariana: That鈥檚 the thing. I don鈥檛 want to leave Platzi. I鈥檓 just overwhelmed.
Jhon: How? 鈫楋笍
Mariana: Excuse me? 鈫橈笍
Jhon: You need to concentrate on the how. How are you going to change your situation? 鈫楋笍鈫橈笍
Mariana: Well鈥 first, I do have to have a conversation with my supervisor and share how I鈥檓 feeling. Then, I am going to make time to try out something new, something exciting鈥 maybe learn another language or adopt a new pet!
Jhon: That鈥檚 what I鈥檓 talking about!
Mariana: Thank you so much for this conversation, Jhon. I really needed it.
Jhon: What are colleges for? 鈫橈笍
