I’m a customer service representative. In a interview, the interviewer could simulate a fictional call, with a specific complaint of a customer regarding a problem with their credit card.

Eventually, we must think in a solution, in order to resolve the problem accurately.

This sort of situation are known as “role questions” you receive the case, and you offer a solution

Is a very cool tip to identify auxiliary verbs for example in past, and give the proper answers using verbs in that tense.

  • Ximena’s question was, what kind of projects would they develop?

When I look myself in the future, I look a person with a high administration position in my company, with a domain for complete of the English language and that thanks to it, I have been able take advantage of several opportunities. And so, I will have several own bussisnes

My old manager was Kirk Stir. His managerial style was very cool, he was directed towards cooperation and united all the proposals to discover a new place.
