When we talk about writing in English, we mean much more than emails or text messages. Finding reasons why writing in English will allow you to communicate better in professional or academic environments.
Why write in English?
Rethinking why we write will allow us to find new ways to apply these skills.
Imagine you have to write an essay to apply to a university. It will not be the same to do it as you usually do an email, or to do it in a much more formal and modern way.
Learning to write in English will allow you to break stereotypes and show that you can communicate excellently in a language that is not native to you. Having your own personal blog in English would be very interesting to develop your personal brand and show your skills in the language. In addition to having the confidence to make social media posts about your content.
Write in a formal and polite way, argue, describe or elaborate criticisms in writing, with better grammatical structures and a wider lexicon. Imagine all that you will be able to communicate by polishing your written language skills.
You can find the Advanced English Course C1: Conversational and Linguistic Resources where you will enhance these skills. In the meantime, we will explore new ways and reasons to write in the following classes.
