WITH is a preposition. We use this word to talk about:

  1. Something or someone accompanying something or someone.
  2. Tool or an element to do something.
    Be careful. It’s right to say: I’m married to George. Can’t use the word WITH instead of the word TO.
    The word WITH is used in a different way than the word BY.

BY is used when we talk about:

  1. Transportation, for example: I travel BY bus.
