  • Me levanto at 6 a.m. los lunes.
  • Siempre almuerzo at noon.

En estos casos, las horas específicas como 6 a.m. y noon (mediodía) requieren del uso de "at".

¿Cuándo se utiliza "at" dentro de un periodo vacacional?

My daily routine

I wake up at 5 am on Mondays to Fridays and at 6 am on weekends, and take my two dogs for a walk. Then, I wake up my son, and he dresses up in his uniform. Meanwhile, my husband is cooking. We share breakfast together. At 6:45 am, my husband and my son go to school.

Fortunately, my husband and I work from home. We have the same schedule from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm and both take a two-hours break in the afternoon. My son goes out at 12:00 pm, and we all have lunch together. Normally, we have dinner in the evenings at 7pm or 8pm and then we watch some television like series or movies, and at 9pm we go to sleep.

Every weekend we relax by doing some exercise like cycling or playing in the park. We also visit different places such as the library or mall, or spend time with our families. But always cleaning our house.

Here's my answer to my routine: I wake up at 4:30 am (most of the weekdays), then I meditate for a short period of time (5-10 minutes), depending on the date I run or do other stuff. On Tuesday's, Thursday's and Sundays I run. Then I take a shower and organize my bedroom. At 7:30 am I ride my bike to work. I live close to the office so I can be more relaxed in the commute. When I arrive to the office at 7:55 am I'll go to my desk and turn on the laptop. Every weekday I have two "dailys" the first one at 8:00 am and the second at 9:00 am, depending on the task I have assigned I start to work on those. At noon I'll get back to home to lunch; I have to be back in the office at 2:00 pm. I start my afternoon "session" that finished at 6:00 pm. Usually when I don't run I'll go to the gym. At the end of the day, when I come back home at around 6:30 pm I'll help my family make dinner. I'm trying to use an app called Elsa Speak which I use to practice my pronunciation in English. Finally I brush my teeth and go to sleep at 9:30 pm.

My practice of this chapter: Usually, I used to start my day at 5 am with some workouts, It's around 30-45 minutes, the I take my shower at 6 am, I´m breaking fast around 6:30 am. my daily routine starts when usually I wake up **at** 5:00 am and I make the bed, next I go to bathroom for wash my teeth and take a shower, then I make the breakfast my husband and my daighter, she started to study **on** February 26th **at** kinder garden and I was very nervious because is first time, **on** monday to **on** thursday **at** 7:20 am we have to arrive and on Friday we arrive **at** 8:00 am. usually I eat luch at 1:00 pm and I go for my daughter at 4:00 pm at the kinder garden, usually my daughter eats dinner at 7:00 pm but my husband and me eat dinner us at 8:30 pm when he arrives of job, finishing in the day I go sleep my daughter some times at 8:00 pm or mor early and us sleep at 10:00 pm because we have to get up early. oh! I didn´t counted also I work at home, we have a bussines of soaps for the clean at home so I organize the store, I product pack and I sell in the morning and in the evening, at night close at 7:00 thaks for read me!

From Monday to Saturday i wake up at 7 am, so I can start studying at 7:30 a.m. On Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays I study English, and HTML/CSS but most of all JavaScript, oh, and some music too. On Tuesdays and Thursdays, the routine is pretty much the same but with the difference that instead of English i study Git/GitHub in the morning instead of English. At 1:30 p.m. i go to work, i need to be in the office at 2:00 p.m. i work until 9:00 pm approximately. At 9:30 pm I arrive home and have dinner with my wife. On Sundays we don´t have a schedule so we just relax at home a much as we can.

I always start my routine at 7:30 am. The first thing that I do after waking up is go to the bathroom to take a shower. After that I have breakfast with my family at 8:00 am but on weekends we have breakfast at 10:00 am. When breakfast is over I prepare myself to start my workday at 9:00. At the moment I’m working from home and I get off work at 6:00 but on Fridays I finish it at 4:00 pm. On November 20th I will be resting because it’s a holiday so I’ll be waiting for that date. My brother has a different routine than mine because he’s going to the university but in two weeks he will finish the semester. His classes start in the afternoon and they finish at 9:00 pm. He normally takes the bus at 9:30 to go back home, he always arrives at 10:00 pm. After that he has dinner at midnight and finally he goes to bed at 2 or 3 am to finish his homework.

From Monday to Friday I wake up at 7:50 am and I start working at 8am I work online, so I don’t have any problem waking up at that time. I have lunch at 12pm and I finish my work at 4pm. In the evening I like to study on Platzi At night I have dinner and sleep at 11pm On Friday I eat tacos with my family. On halloween I want to go to a party with my friends. In December, I’m planning to travel abroad.
