“Trustworthy” refers to something or someone that is considered reliable, dependable, and deserving of trust. When applied to a person, it means they are honest, consistent, and can be relied upon to fulfill their commitments and responsibilities.

I’m a driven and curious person, who likes to learn about electronic topics and new emerging technologies in the area.
One of my weaknesses is that sometimes I can get stressed out due to some projects or problems we might face, to solve this, I’ve been taking meditation classes, also I’ve been trying to apply mindfulness to reduce my stress levels and focus on the present.

# What is your greatest weakness? I believe my weakness is my tendency to want to assist most of the clients I contact. This often leads me to spend more time on leads with little short-term potential, which can be stressful. However, I have become aware of this and Im developing my active listening skills to better understand their needs and improve lead qualification. Interestingly, this weakness sometimes helps me retain clients in the medium term.
> My Exmple **Strengths:** I can receive very harsh criticism as opportunities for improvement. Collaborative, disciplined, motivated to results, innovative, reliable. I am resilient and easily adapt to changes and take advantage of them as opportunities for improvement. I like to learn new things constantly, I am very self-taught in learning new knowledge. **Weaknesses** I don't ask enough questions so it's hard for me to ask for help. I am an introvert and it is difficult for me to gain the trust of my colleagues. My face of concentration may intimidate some since it is a bad mood face but it is not like that. It bothers me if they interrupt me every moment. I am shy by nature but I can integrate into the team little by little

Thanks for this help!

I’m a very collaborative member of my team. I try to help my partners at every moment. I dedicate part of my work time to learning new technologies because I believe it’s important to stay updated when you work in the IT department. Over the last two years, I have worked in management positions, which has allowed me to develop skills in areas such as leadership and effective communication. Currently, I am also focused on improving my English because the company is an international one.

One of my weaknesses is that I have some problems with  speaking in public, I found it challenging to speak in front of large groups. I think one of my biggest strengths is that I am a driven person and  I like learning new things constantly.
Here my answer: **Strengths:** One of my main strengths is my ability to adapt quickly to unexpected situations. I am determined and enjoy focusing on achieving concrete results. I also have a natural talent for solving problems effectively, balancing attention to detail with the bigger picture. This allows me to make consistent progress in projects and achieve goals, even in dynamic environments. **Weaknesses:** Sometimes, my direct and analytical focus can cause me to overlook the more emotional or personal aspects of a situation. To improve in this area, I am working on becoming more open and empathetic by taking emotional intelligence classes, learning how to give and receive feedback, and asking my team for feedback. My goal is to achieve a better balance between results and relationships in moments of tension
