I really loved this class, warming up and stretching are the most important things to exercise properly. 💚
I stretched my legs while I listened to music. I put on my gym clothes while I watched a workout video. I jogged on the spot while I waited for my friend. I filled up my water bottle while I prepared my workout area. I did some arm circles while I chatted with my workout buddy. I checked my watch while I stretched my back.
