  • Before my workout, I started with some light stretching to loosen up my muscles.
  • I spent a few minutes doing jumping jacks to get my heart rate up and increase circulation.
  • To warm up my legs, I did some bodyweight squats and lunges.
  • I also incorporated dynamic stretches like arm circles and leg swings to prepare my body for exercise.
  • Lastly, I jogged in place for a few minutes to break a sweat and further increase my body temperature.

I lift weights, so I do proximity sets to get my muscles and bones ready. For instance: * 15 squats with empty bar * 5 squats with 40% 1RM * 4 squats with 50% 1RM * 3 squats with 60% 1RM and now I'm ready to do my work sets
