He is an excellent teacher, I love that they are adding quizzes and roleplay in the different classes of the English school, without a doubt it contributed a lot to the learning and retention of information.-💚🚀

Excellent teacher, very clear and descriptive
**SUMMARY OF COURSE** ### **Fitness and English** * Focus on using **question tags** to confirm information (e.g., "You’re almost there, aren’t you?"). Also emphasized the use of **compound adjectives** (e.g., "old-fashioned," "well-known"). ### **Vocabulary about food and nutrition in English** * Use of **prefixes** to change the meaning of words (e.g., "unhealthy" from "healthy") and the use of **countable** and **uncountable nouns** for different food items. ### **How to talk about unhealthy food** * Use of **reported questions** to convey what someone else has asked (e.g., "Brian asked how many meals per day he should eat"). Introduction of **direct and indirect questions** (e.g., "What is the most important meal of the day?" vs. "I’d like to know if fast food is considered healthy"). ### **Talk about food groups and diets in English** * Use of **phrasal verbs** and **prepositional phrases** to describe actions (e.g., "lace up a pair of sneakers," "put on comfortable clothes"). Also discussed **compound adjectives** (e.g., "nutrient-rich" food). ### **Vocabulary about healthy ingredients in English** * **Future passive tense** to describe planned or expected events (e.g., "The schedule won’t be made available until Sunday"). Also focused on **prefixes** and **compound nouns** in the context of food and nutrition. ### **Talk about healthy habits and nutrition myths** * Use of **conditional sentences** to discuss the effects of habits (e.g., "If you eat too much sugar, you might gain weight"). Emphasis on **modal verbs** like "should" for advice and probability (e.g., "You should eat more vegetables"). ### **How to have a conversation about a gym membership** * Introduction to **future tenses** with "will" for planning and discussing benefits (e.g., "You will be allowed to use the treadmill once it’s free"). Use of **modal verbs** like "can" and "could" for permissions and possibilities. ### **How to talk about different exercises** * Use of **imperative sentences** to give instructions (e.g., "Put on your sneakers," "Stretch your legs"). Also discussed **compound adjectives** and **phrasal verbs** related to exercise. ### **Vocabulary to talk about exercise outside the gym** * Use of **question tags** and **modal verbs** to discuss activities (e.g., "You should use hiking boots, shouldn’t you?"). Also focused on **future tense** to plan activities (e.g., "We’ll go hiking another time"). ### **How to talk about challenges and objectives in English** * Use of **future tenses** to discuss goals (e.g., "I hope to gain more weight"). Also introduced **hope + to** and **hope + that** structures to express aspirations (e.g., "I hope to build bigger muscles"). ### **How to talk about challenges and goals in English** * Similar to "Challenges and Objectives," focusing on **future tenses** and **hope structures**. Also discussed **modal verbs** for expressing intentions (e.g., "I will try to run every day"). ### **Final project on health and fitness** * Review of various structures including **imperatives** for giving instructions (e.g., "Include a workout routine"), **modal verbs** for expressing recommendations (e.g., "You should avoid junk food"), and **future tenses** for planning. ### **Still working hard** * Emphasized the use of **present continuous tense** to express ongoing effort (e.g., "I’m still working hard on my fitness goals"). Chris is an excellent teacher, he felt like a real coach during the course, and his attitude was always up even in the grammatical explanation.

Teacher! I liked this dynamic because I don’t felt the course like a class, I was more like catch important information and some tips to well-know about English grammatic and healthy lifestyle.
Was a little weird for me, seeing you in this course, because the previous that I saw was related to business world… But I loved it.
I rate 10/10
