I took the IELTS ten years ago, now I want to review and practice, it was so expensive that time about $400 USD. I got 6.5 score. Maybe if I have a chance to immigrate I will present it again, but my advice for everyone is the following: first learn English, read, write and speak, be sure you have at least B2 and then take this test.
I am taking the Computer-Delivered Test because it is more flexible for me and allows me to receive my results quickly.
I feel more confident take the exam computer version, I think that my handwriting is not good, and is most easy concentrate in the computer.
Hello, I will take the computer version
I'm taking CDT test because I consider that is more comfortable to do writings tasks on a computer.
I'm taking the CDT
I'm taking the delivered computer exam because it'll benefit me better in the writing exam as I will only have to type my answers and not focus on the legibility of my handwriting.
i will take the delivered computer test but im a litle unsure about my skills, i´m practicing and i hope to aprove it
I'd prefer to take the CDT version, because it's less likely to errors and I feel more comfortable clicking at checkboxes than handling paper sheets.
I prefer the CDT version because it is more familiar and comfortable than the other version. The PBT may have more chances to make a mistake.
I would like to take the computer delivered test as you mention, nowadays we are more familiar with the computer and technology that something else. In my every single day I type on a keypad, so I thing it would better for me taking it via computer delivered system and also faster the wirting section and easier to modify or make some changes
I am taking the paper-based exam because otherwise I cannot be eligible for the Australian Working Holiday Visa that I am willing to obtain.
My handwriting is not legible for everyone always, and maybe I could make more mistaken than usually, so I will prefer the CDT version.
To avoid any issues, especially with the writing section, I reckon that opting for the CDT would be more convenient.

I will take the computer deliver test, because I dont want to lose any point only because I have not written well my marks.

Hi everyone. In my specific case I would be taking the IELTS CDT, I guess could be the equivalent to the TOEFL ibt in order to apply for a scholarship. Nowadays we have the availability to use computers and that would be more appropriate to address it. I wonder for 2024 the test might amount to apporximately ??... and compare to the TOEFL ibt??
I want to take the CDT

I would like to take the CDE, just want to make sure I don’t loose points because of my writing.

Computer-delivered exam
I'll take the General exam ´cause I feel better with the computer and as well ´cause I like to talk and I rather to talk with anybody else when I'm taking the speaking part of the test.
I believe both options are suitable for me, but if i must choose one, i would opt for the Computer exam. At present. my writing style is not very good and could be clearer.
In my opinion I'll to take the Computer-delivered exam, because I think i feel better wit this metodology, (I'm a active learning enlish , so if you see one mistake in my message , feel free to correct me )
I'm taking the computer-delivered test because it's more comfortable for me and I think I'm going to concentrate more
Computer delivered for studies and work abroad new job oportunidades Nowadays is the way
I think I will feel more comfortable with the computer version exam since I feel like I can type or select the answers quicker than in the one in paper version.

If i take the TOEFL or the IELTS i must can use the computer version, is more confortable for me and the esiest way to take the examns

The CDT looks easier than the PBT... I think I'll take the CDT.
