I like to practice by reading some newspapers about three times each one, because the first time, I read the entire text quickly to know the structure of the article and the main idea that is developed; I also read the answers options to identify the information that I need to extract. After that, I read again but this time in loud voice to practice pronunciation at the same time (but this is just a tip for a general preparation of the exam). In this part I try to understand almost the text complete. And finally, I read for the last time, in a natural and fluid way to star answering the questions.
