The classic film that was nominated most representative in the film category is by James Cameron and it is Titanic, it is a Romantic story in which the best resources ** were**** invested**, who also **won **awards for their performances and it is one of the best films because it is very difficult just watching a small part of the film, it’s simply quite exciting once you start watching it. The song they included, “My Heart Will Go On”, also **won ** an Oscar for Best Original Song.

My favorite Oscar nominated film is **Your Name**, written and directed by Makoto Shinkai. It's an anime romantic fantasy anime film about a highschool boy named Taki who is in Tokyo, a highschool girl named Mitsuha who is in the countryside and the love between them that starts when one day they begin to body-swap each morning. Your Name was nominated to the Academy Award for Best Animated Feature, but did not win despite its critical and commercial success. The award was instead given to "Zootopia". Some critics (me included) felt that "Your Name" was snubbed, while others felt that "Zootopia" was a worthy winner. The film had a critical acclaim for its story, animation, and music. It was specially praised for its "beautiful" and "breathtaking" visuals, as well as its "emotional" and "heartwarming" story. The film's music was also praised, with the soundtrack composed by Radwimps being particularly well-received.
I’m gonna talk about the film Oppenheimer, that won the award of best picture in 2023, this was a great movie made by the legendary director Christopher Nolan. We all know the story of the atomic bombs and how it destroys Hiroshima and Nagasaki, but what about the men that create that bomb? So the movie focuses in the moral dilema and struggle of Oppenheimer rather than the bomb itself, it shows us how not everything is black or white and all the weight of the movie is carried by Cilian Murphy, that give us the performance of the year, because he also won an award of best lead actor.
**Avatar,** is such a good movie, what I like the most about this film is that they represent nature and animals in a imaginary way but at the same time expressing that those creatures represent the animals and nature here in our planet and well I felt touch cuz the main species were whales representing that they have feelings and they deserve as well as us the right of freedom.
Anne Hathaway won an Oscar in 2012 with his role in Les Misérables. She acted as a prostitute that finished dying dramactically. I don't like a lot the musicals, but this one I was good. It is a storie told in very different way.
Screenplay Adaptes Original Cinematography The original score
I like a lot Lord Rings. It is a screenplay of the Tolkien books. It used an amazing cinematography and I love the story of the middle east
I like a lot an oscar's winner movie called A Beautiful Mind, it won as best movie, the main actor is Russell Crowe who plays John Nash, a brilliant doctor in Math who made important economic theories. I think Russell's acting was tremendous even thought I watched it dubbed into Spanish, now I talk about it I realize I want to watch it again, but this time full in English, that will be so enjoyable and a great exercise for my English learning
**Last weekend**, I watched *Interstellar* again, and it reminded me why it is one of the best science fiction movies of all time. It **came out** in 2014 and **was directed** by Christopher Nolan. The story **followed** a group of astronauts who **traveled** through a wormhole in space to find a new home for humanity. The visual effects **were** stunning, especially the scenes with the black hole and the other planets. Also, Hans Zimmer's soundtrack **added** so much emotion to the movie. **A few years ago**, when I watched it for the first time, I **didn't fully understand** some of the scientific concepts, like time dilation, but this time I **appreciated** how they made it understandable for the audience. Matthew McConaughey **delivered** an incredible performance, and the ending **made** me cry. Honestly, it **was** a masterpiece that **combined** science and emotion perfectly.
*The most nominated classic film in the film category was directed by James Cameron and its name is Titanic, it is a romantic story in which abundant financial resources were invested and they also won awards for their performances and it is one of the best movies of all time because it is very impactful just to see a small part of the movie, it is simply inspiring enough once you start watching it. The song they included, "My Heart Will Go On", also won an Oscar for Best Original Song.*
I chose “The Secret in Their Eyes,” a film directed by Juan José Campanella. This Argentine film won the Oscar for Best Foreign Language Film in 2010. It is a gripping crime thriller set in Buenos Aires. The story follows a retired legal counselor who writes a novel hoping to find closure for an unresolved homicide case. The film is praised for its compelling screenplay, exceptional directing, and outstanding performances by the cast. The cinematography effectively captures the emotional depth and tension throughout the film. “The Secret in Their Eyes” is a must-watch for its intricate plot and powerful storytelling.
The movie "Get Out" is one of my favorite movies. It was nominated in several categories. But was the winner in the Best Original Script category. It was well deserved, for Jordan Peele. He was the screenwriter and the director. He made history with this movie. So, you should watch it and get amazed by this story.
Encanto is a beautifull movie and it was nominated to the oscars in 2021. This movie was directed by Bryron Howard who is an animator, screenwriter ,story artist and voice actor .Howard began his career as head on animation on the disney films.

Oppenheimer won this year like the best movie. It's a great film directed by Christopher Nolan, which shows us how the so-called Manhattan project was and the impact it had on the world.
My favorite movie that was nominated for an Oscar is 'Past Lives,' directed by Celine Song. This movie was nominated this year for two categories: Best Picture and Best Original Screenplay. I really loved this movie; the story is truly emotionally captivating. It's my favorite movie, and it's also my beautiful girlfriend's favorite movie. This movie will transcend in our lives like the history of our love.

In the 87th Oscars edition (2015) Interstellar directed by [Christopher Nolan](https://www.filmaffinity.com/es/name.php?name-id=415225280 "Christopher Nolan") was nominated in four categories: Best sound track, best production design, best sound, best sound effects and won the best visual effects category.
"Avatar" was a amazing movie by James Cameron that broke the records with the hightes sales in the history of cinemas, because its character design and visual effects is incredible. James Cameron lasted ten years making this movie, because he presented a new animation technology and he had to recreate differents escenary that he explored in the depths of the sea. This movie received the Oscar for Best photography, Best Art direction and Best visual effects

“Gone with the Wind” won several Oscars at the 12th Academy Awards ceremony, which took place in 1940. The film won eight Academy Awards, including Best Picture, Best Director for Victor Fleming, and Best Lead Actress for Vivien Leigh, who played Scarlett O’Hara. Clark Gable, who played Rhett Butler, was also nominated in the Best Leading Actor category, but did not win. The film is remembered as one of the great achievements of classic Hollywood cinema.

It is a classic of American cinema, released in 1939 and directed by Victor Fleming, based on the novel of the same name written by Margaret Mitchell. The film follows the story of Scarlett O’Hara, played by Vivien Leigh, and Rhett Butler, played by Clark Gable, during the American Civil War and Reconstruction. It is a romantic epic and a portrait of life in the American South during that historical period.

One of my favorite movies is La La Land. It was nominated in 14 categories including best picture. Emma Stone and Ryan Gosling starred in the movie, I don't usually like musicals but this movie touched my heart deeply, especially because of its soundtrack and the script. A curiosity about this movie is that the presenter mentioned La La Land as the award winner but it was a mistake and they ended up giving the award to Moonlight, the movie directed by Barry Jenkins.

The movie “The Whale” was a very emotional movie. This film had the return of actor Brendan Fraser and his story was a true story that anyone can go through.
This is why it was one of my favorite movies of the year.

Last year, the Argentinean film “Argentina 1985” earned its place among the nominees for the “Best Foreign Film” category. While it didn’t secure the win, the film’s acknowledgment on such a prestigious stage underscores its significance within the realm of Argentinean cinema. Serving as a powerful historical narrative, “Argentina 1985” delves into the landmark trial against the military that unfolded in 1985.

The film offers a gripping portrayal of a pivotal moment in Argentina’s history, providing viewers with a nuanced perspective on the trial proceedings. In 1985, for the first time, the military faced judgment in a civilian court—a momentous event that not only held national importance but also set a precedent for human rights globally.

Of the nominated films, I really enjoyed La La Land, The cast is the best of the best and it’s a musical, one of my favorite categories.

La La Land’ has a total of 14 nominations, being the most recent film to obtain this record, which it shares with ‘Titanic’ (1997) and ‘All about Eve’ (1950).

How many Oscars does ‘La La Land’ have and in which categories did it win?
Despite having a record 14 nominations, the truth is that the film starring Emma Stone and Ryan Gosling only won six golden statuettes in the following categories:

Best Director: Damien Chazelle
Best Actress: Emma Stone

I chose the movie called “The shape of water” (2018). \- Tell me everything about it!. The movie is about the life of a woman employed in a secret state laboratory, where she falls in love with a creature that is being researched in the lab. She begins to visit him in secret and the two form a close bond. She helps him escape from the lab and tries to take him to the sea to escape, managing to outwit her boss who was a spy, and in the end, after several difficulties, she ends up escaping with the creature. According to director Guillermo del Toro, he had the idea of making it based on the movie 'Creature from the Black Lagoon' (1954), completing in the script what he thought should have been there. It’s an excellent movie.
In 1995 BRAVE HEART movie was nomintaed to 10 oscar awards but it only won five awards. it was won to the best movie which it is always most important award, Mel Gibson received as the best director but not as the best actor even he deserved it. it also won a oscar award as the best make-up, the best sound and the best photografy.
