En el proceso de managing up, **es clave demostrar la capacidad de aprender y crecer**. Si no est谩s aprendiendo, no est谩s logrando tu m谩ximo potencial. <u>Aprender es mejorar.</u> uno de los indicadores para medir, si una persona est谩 abierta a mejorar. Es si pide feedback o no. Por ello, en caso de que las reuniones de feedback no est茅n preestablecidas ya tu lugar de trabajo, <u>te recomiendo que pidas feedback de manera regular</u>. Aparte de pedir feedback, otro indicador de aprendizaje que usan los managers, es <u>observar si la persona aplica lo que se le ha indicado como 谩rea de mejora.</u> <u>Es por ello que; aparte de pedir y escuchar feedback, **debes actuar al respecto.**</u> **El primer paso es identificarlas, y luego pensar 驴Qu茅 acciones vas a realizar, para trabajar en ellas?** As铆 como **驴Qu茅 plazo te das para cumplir con ese objetivo?**
