Interesante el curso, habla de "**reducir**" la rotaci贸n de personal, en ning煤n caso habla de "**eliminar**" la rotaci贸n. Probablemente sea un fen贸meno imposible de reducir a cero. A veces me pregunto 驴Cu谩nta culpa tiene la cultura de la empresa, por permitir la rotaci贸n? Tengo entendido que es un porcentaje considerable aquellos colaboradores que se van hartos de un mal jefe. 驴No ser谩 m谩s pr谩ctico poner al jefe en capacitaci贸n? En caso que no muestre inter茅s en cambiar, llegar a la desvinculaci贸n. Lo digo porque la mayor铆a de estos programas de retenci贸n, abordan el problema enfoc谩ndolo exclusivamente en el colaborador y no en la ra铆z.
