    Hi everyone!

I share you my opinion of I achieved to catch in the conversation...

Emma, English teacher at Platzi, interviewed to Camila Barajas who share her concepts about the motivation in a work team.

I'm agree with Camila when she says that it's impossible for a leader has a each member ot the team motivated. It's better open spaces to discussion and dialogue, because is sharing responsibility, I mean, 50% of the leader or company and 50% of the team member.

The motivation cycle is continue, everyone team members needs feedback and the mindfully listen to the others is the key for keep up the motivation.

I appreciate your feedback if I made mistakes. Thanks a lot!

    Hi guys!

Difficult activity for me, I start with my writing process. I repeat the audio many times, but I love listening to the "Speak English Podcast". I really understand some ideas and it's amazing. This is a real challenge.

I had many great leaders in different jobs, and effectively, the main characteristic for motivated your team is the communication, is to listen to them. This is the best way for create confidence and then create a great work team. But, as the Camila say, and I fully agree, with that the influence of the leader is limited. The responsibility is shared.

    Regards!

    Hi everyone:

It's fascinating to motivate others. A leader can't be a boss. A leader must be a guide. Not just, it's work, also It's understands to other. Understanding their feelings, their preoccupations, their families, their troubles. I think to it is put on in the shoes of others.

It was difficult for me, it tries to understand of podcast, but I listened all and if I didn't understand some, I tried to comprehend all the context. That's all. It has served me.

This podcast was interesting for me because is hard to motivate others, if you want to be a leader you need to learn about yourself first and improve your communication skills.
