The trivia answer is Data Science School. My opinion: I think that the English is very important. The English is a global language. The English is important for any career. The computer science is not the exception. Like our teacher David says off, our clients are native speakers. Our resources and documentation are in English. I love this episode, I love this teacher! The reason, data science is my path learning.

I agree with all that he says. So, I want to share some important things that I could hear.

It’s more important to communicate effectively rather than to have a perfect accent.

What do you recommend learning English?

English is very very important, English is the lingua franca of the software industry, literally. Without English you would not be able to get to your full potential as a developer. It is a required skill for almost any developer job. Even if the company is not based in an English speaking Country, --- are at the code base is written in English, so this is a reality for this industry.

Learning English is as important as learning python if you want to be a successful developer. Also most of the documentation, books, tutorials, blog posts, etc, that will help you keep learning are writing in English, so not being able to access that information because of the language barrier, puts you at a very very great disadvantage.

About Data Science.

Being able to read data, to interpret data, to process data, in the modern world is a one fundamental skill, you will need data skills.

Don’t be afraid of maths, don’t be afraid of the software or the programming, maybe you will become a data scientist.

I enjoyed the podcast and I agree with this: "It´s more important to communicate effectively than having a perfect accent". The most important when you speak another language is to be able to convey the idea and to keep practicing to improve your communication skills.

David is right. The english is important to improve our developer skills. There are more documentation, courses, blogs, etc in English.

I have been learning English and Django at Platzi. Sometimes It's hard, I'm not going to lie, but the important thing is never give up.

I took the "Curso de POO y Algoritmos con python" by David Aroesti.

I believe that we must Learn English to take advantage of all the opportunities that the lenguage offers you, and be one steap ahead.

I regret a piece of advice he gave us not to be afraid to learn math. I wasted a lot of my math classes in high school also there's Platzi to get me ready. The bad thing is the wasted time.
