Problem Solving Thinking outside the box Emotional intelligence Persuasion Adaptability In this episode, Jess and Paulina talked about skills, focus on Soft Skills. They exposed some kinds of skills there:
Soft skills: is our personal habits Hard skills: technical knowledge Communication skills: Active listening, speaking, reading, and writing. Interpersonal skills: Skills that we use to communicate and interact with others. In my opinion, this topic is so important in organizations because this favors a good work climate, reach strong relationships based on confidence and honestness.
Besides, training soft skills as a professional in any area, bring us new vision and more happiness, what it entails, better productivity and creativity.

It's really amazing like the soft skills can help you in an interview. My experience has told me that it's better show them. If you show you soft skills, you have the best opportunity, more than another candidates. I can test that is 100% sure.
