EstudianteHi, folks!
Before the pandemic, I liked to wake up early in the morning, drink some water or coffee, and go for a 3 or 5 km run. Sometimes I would cycle to the 5 or 10 km road as well. Later, I would take a shower, get ready for the day, eat breakfast, and go to work.
That was great for me in the morning. So right now it is not possible because health first!
