    Hi guys!

This podcast is more difficult than others, the people there speak very faster, but, like all the podcasts is very interesting, with advice for growing professionally. I like three ideas:

    1. The best way of preparing is to define what do you want.
    2. Believed in your talent and in your potential is very important and it's reflected in interviews.
    3. Making a list of qualities and the qualities that other people can see in oneself.

    Regards!

I liked this episode because Shaili and Emma give us a lot of tips to consider when we are looking for a job in this pandemic. It´s very important we write our resumé correctly because the recruiters take just a few seconds to evaluate us with our resumé.
