  1. Take a recipent and drop some cornmeal it could be like 200gr
  2. Drop some water with salt but it deppens if you want use more salt its ok. btw (you can use sugar)
  3. Mix it until you can make a ball with your hands like an orange, when you can do that move to the next step
  4. After make an orange take a frying pan turn on the fire in your kitchen
  5. Dropdown the ball in the frying pan and smash it
  6. Cook it 3-5min in both faces
  7. Take out from the frying pan and take open it using a knife
  8. Finally fill your arepa using your fill ingredient and bon appetit👌

My favorite food is beans with pork rind, It is a typical food from my city Medellin. I love when my mom cooks it! She has the best cooking recipe for it.


🌯 What ingredients do you need to make it?

100 grams of cooked rind pork in water (optional)
1 tbsp oil
1 onion chopped
250 grams of red beans soaked for up 6 hours or use 2 cans of red beans (Pinto beans)
250 grams of chopped tomatoes or 1 can of chopped tomatoes
2 tbsp of tomato’s paste
1 green plantain finely chopped (Optional)
1 clove garlic, crushed or garlic paste
1 tsp of cumin
Salt and pepper to taste

What is the step-by-step recipe to make it?

  1. Heat the oil in a frying pan and cook the onions on gentle heat until soft.
  2. Cut the belly pork into small pieces and add to the mix.
  3. Add the beans, plantain, garlic tomatoes, and tomato paste, and 4. leave to cook for 30 minutes or until the sauce is thick.
    Add the salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Bring to the boil in a pressure cooker for about 30 minutes or simmer until the beans are soft.
  5. Serve with slices of plantain, pork crackers, tomato and onion sauce, and avocado.

It depends what you want to be around the sushi it could be the rise or the seaweed

  1. Put the rise or the seaweed on the plastic

  2. In the middle add all the ingredients you want to be inside your sushi

  3. Be careful with this step! close slowly everything by making a roll

Hi Everyone!
My favorite food is called Ajiaco! It is a traditional Colombian chicken and potato soup beloved in the city of Bogota, where I am from.

Some of the ingredients are unique from our region and some parts of South America. So the ingredients to make this delicious dish are:

Ingredients (4 servings) :

  • 1 large chicken breast
  • salt to taste
  • 7 small yellow potatoes
  • 4 medium russets potatoes
  • 1 arracacha ( root vegetable originally from the Andes)
  • two corn on the cob
  • 2 tablespoons dried or fresh guascas
    *Chicken bouillon

For Topping:

  • 2 avocados
  • 1/2 cup of media crema
  • capers ( I don’t like them but very traditional ajiaco come with these)

Steps to Make It:

  1. In a pot add 5 cups of water, add the chicken, the chicken bouillon, and put the pot on the stove in medium heat until the chicken is cooked.
  2. When the chicken is done, transfer it to a bowl, shredded it, and save it for later.
  3. Peel and cut in medium cubes the potatoes, and the arracacha.
  4. In the stock that remains when we cook the chicken, add the corn (cut in half), the arracacha, and the potato and let the water boil.
    5 When the potatoes and the arracasha are soft mash them or blend them in the same water.
  5. Add the chicken to the soup, let the soup boil and add the guascas.
  6. Put the lid on the pot and let it rest for 5 minutes in low heat.
  7. Turn off the stove and add salt to taste
  8. Serve in a bowl and add one tbs of media crema and capers to taste.
  9. Eat with an avocado on the side

My favorite food is Locro de papa. It’s a classic Ecuadorian potato and cheese soup. You must eat with avocado too.

  • Around 10 medium sized potatoes peeled and chopped into small and large pieces

  • 2 tablespoons oil

  • 1 white onion diced

  • 2 garlic cloves minced

  • 2 tablespoons cumin

  • 1 tablespoons achiote powder

  • around 1.5 liters of water

  • 1 cup of milk or more

  • 1 cup grated or crumbled cheese quesillo, queso fresco, mozzarella or monterey jack

  • 1 bunch of cilantro leaves only, minced

  • Salt to taste

🌮 What is the step-by-step recipe to make it?

  1. Prepare a refrito or base for the soup by heating the oil over medium heat in a large soup pot; add the diced onions, minced garlic cloves, cumin, and achiote powder. Cook, stirring frequently, until the onions are tender, about 5 minutes.

  2. Add the potatoes to the pot and mix until they are coated with the refrito. Continue cooking for about 5 minutes, stirring a every couple of minutes.

  3. Add the water and bring to boil, cook until the potatoes are very tender. Use a potato masher to mash the potatoes in the pot, don’t mash all of them, the consistency of the soup should be creamy with small tender chunks of potatoes.

  4. Turn the heat down to low, stir in the milk and let cook for about 5 more minutes. You can add more milk if the soup is too thick.

  5. Add salt to taste.

  6. Add the grated cheese and cilantro, mix well, and remove from the heat.

  7. Serve warm with the avocados, scallions, queso or feta cheese and aji hot sauce.

It takes around 50 minutes to cook and serve.

  • 1 lb. Fettuccine Pasta
  • 1/2 c. heavy cream
  • 1/2 c. (1 stick) butter
  • 1/2 c. freshly grated Parmesan, plus more for sprinkling
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 Garlic Clove (minced)
  • 1/4 teaspoon Freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 tbsp. chopped parsley

🌮 What is the step-by-step recipe to make it?

  • In a large pot, heat water over high heat until boiling. Add salt to season the water. Once it is boiling, add fettuccine and cook according to package instructions.

  • Meanwhile, in a large skillet or pan, heat butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook for 1 to 2 minutes. Stir in heavy cream.

  • Let heavy cream reduce and cook for 5 to 8 minutes. Add half of the parmesan cheese to the mixture and whisk well until smooth. Keep over heat and whisk well until cheese is melted. Season with salt and pepper.

  • Reserve about 1 cup of pasta water then drain. The pasta water is full of flavor and can be used to thin out the sauce.

  • Toss Alfredo sauce with fettuccine pasta and add half of the parmesan cheese. Once it is tossed, garnish with the remaining parmesan cheese. Add a little pasta water if it needs to be thinned out.

  • Garnish with parsley, if so desired, and serve immediately.

  • Sausages of the brand Oscar Mayer (Made of beef, pork, and chicken)
  • Bread with sesame at top
  • At least 500gr of beacon
  • Onion

  • Tomatoes and pickled chili peppers
  • Mayo, mustard, and ketchup to taste
    🌮 What is the step-by-step recipe to make it?
  1. Pick a pan a pour three spoons of lard and add the sliced onion and leave it with low heat for 20min
  2. Pick another pan and add the beacon, leave for 3 of 5 min in high heat
  3. Add the sausages to the pan with the beacon. Before adding the sausage make little cuts through them to ensure to heat it inside
  4. Dice your chili and tomatoes
  5. Remove the onion from the fire when you see it in brown color, you could add a pinch of brown sugar
  6. Add your bread to the pan of the beacon and sausages just for a bit. We wanna add the grease to the mix and vaporize a bit of the bread.
  7. Finally, pick a comal to toast the bread, and prepare your hotdog. I recommend pouring the sauces first, then a bed of onion, the sausage, and finally the beacon with the toppings

Peeled shrimps, garlic, butter, olive oil, cream, laurel, thyme, marjoram, and chipotle pepper.

What is the step-by-step recipe to make it?

-Blend the cream and the chipotle pepper and reserve.
-Chopping the garlic.
-Putting oil and butter in the pan.
-Fry the garlic.
-Add into the pan the peeled shrimps, laurel, thyme, and marjoram and fry until cooked.
-Add reserved chipotle cream mixture.
-Cook over low heat until it comes to a boil.
-Serve with rice.

🌯 What ingredients do you need to make it?

  • For rice:
    2 cups of water
    1 cup of rice
    1/2 onion in cubes
    1 garlic, finely chopped
    1 tablespoon of salt
    1 Tablespoon of oil

  • For salad
    1 purple onion
    1 avocado
    1 lettuce
    2 tomatoes sliced
    The juice of 1 lemon
    Salt and pepper to taste

  • For mojarra
    3 fresh orange mojarras
    Salt and pepper to taste
    2 tablespoon of oil

🌮 What is the step-by-step recipe to make it?

  • Rice
    Put the oil in a pot and heat for 5 minutes. Add the onion and the garlic until it is acitronated. After add the water and wait until the water boils. Add the rice and the salt. Leave on high heat until the water evaporates. Cover and cook for 25 minutes at very low fire.

  • Salad
    Cut the onion, avocado lettuce, tomatoes in small pieces and put it in a bowl. Mix the ingredients and add the juice of lemon and finally add the salt and pepper.

  • Mojarra
    Clean very well the fish and after flavour with salt and pepper. Put the oil in a pan, heat for 7 minutes in medium fire and add the fish. Fry for 5 minutes in each side and serve with lemon and salt.


OMG! I think this has been the hardest challenge for me, I couldn’t decide which one was my favorite, when I did I looked for a picture, and now I’m craving for it.

My favorite food is Enchiladas Suizas. They are very delicious and very easy to prepare.

For this dish you need:

  • corn tortilla
  • chicken breast
    For the sauce:
  • chile serrano
  • onion
  • garlic
  • green tomato
  • cilantro
  • sour cream


  • Boil the chicken breast. Let them chill and then tear them into small pieces. Save the chicken soup for the sauce.
    For the sauce:
  • Boil the green tomatoes and the chile serrano, until they’re tender.
  • Blend all the ingredients for the sauce and a1/4 cup of chicken soup.
  • When they’re mixed, put the in a sauce pan and let them cook for 5 minutes. You can put salt and pepper on.
  • On another pan, put a little bit of oil and fry the tortillas one by one just a little bit.
  • To make the enchilada, lay the tortilla and put chicken on so you can make a roll. On a bowl, put the rolls in, then the sauce; on the top put chesse so it can melt.
  • Bake until the cheese is gratin.
  • And serve.

  • Put the noodles to a boil until they are soft.
  • Now, you can use the simple Italian sauce that you can buy in the market, or you can create your own sauce with onion, vegetables, and etc. The sauce you have to put above the noodles.
  • The next step is to prepare the meat. It will depend on your preferences.
  • When you have the meat ready. You have to steam your vegetables. And later, mix the meat with the steamed vegetables.
  • The next step is to put over your noodles the meat with the vegetables. You have to create some kind of layers with the noodles and the mixed meat.
  • Now, put the cheese over the last noodle layer.
    Bake until bubbly and you’re to eat.

3 medium white potatoes, peeled and sliced

What is the step-by-step recipe to make it?
In a large pot, place the chicken, corn, chicken bouillon, cilantro, scallions, garlic, salt and pepper. Add the water and bring to a boil, then reduce heat to medium and cook for about 35 to 40 minutes, until chicken is cooked and tender. Remove the chicken and set aside.
Continue cooking the corn for 30 more minutes. Discard green onion and add red potatoes, white potatoes, and the guacas. Cook for 30 more minutes.
Uncover and add the frozen papa criolla and simmer for 15 to 20 minutes, season with salt and pepper.
Cut the chicken meat into small pieces and return to the pot. Serve the Ajiaco hot with capers and heavy cream on the side.

  • Ingredients
    2 onions and 2 cloves of garlic
    2 red bell peppers
    2 carrots
    Salt and freshly ground black pepper (to taste)
    150 g. bacon
    500 g. meat (a mixture of pork and beef)
    12 sheets of lasagna
    100 g. grated Parmesan cheese
    100 ml. extra virgin olive oil
    1 glass of natural tomato
    1 glass of white wine

  • Step by Step

  1. we cut all the vegetables
  2. we throw oil in a saucepan and dump the vegetables
  3. then we place the meat just with the tomato juice
  4. We put the bacon and white wine
  5. We put in the bottom of a new pot the filling and each lasagna
  6. sheet and fill again until completing 3 or 4 sheets
  7. For those who like it, they can grate cheese to gratin
    and we put it in the oven for 15 minutes

My favorite food is the hamburger 🍔🙈
I need to make it (I don’t know percents or quantities, sorry 😅):
Bread for hamburger
Ground Beef
Long onion (green part)
Mozzarella Cheese
Other dressings such mustard, mayonnaise, pineapple sauce, etc.


  1. You must wash the vegetables previously.
  2. On a cutting board, put de long onion with a little salt to taste (if you want also put a little garlic), and with a stone the long onion is macerated until well macerated. Also, you can use a mortar for this step.
  3. Next, mix the long onion with the ground beef, shape it into the burger (make it a little larger than the size of the bread), and place it in a pan with a little oil or on a grill to mid-fire (if you want you can put a little pepper on the burger). In this step, if you want to add bacon, you should cook it with the burger in the same pan and not use oil because it provides that oil. Obviously, don’t neglect the burger, least of all the bacon, as you move on the next steps. Pay attention to these and flip them when necessary (depends on how you like them).
  4. While the burger is cooking, slice the tomato and reserve.
  5. Also, cut the onion into slices and then cut it again to make it smaller or cut it into cubes, as you prefer. Then, heat the oil in another pan, and when it’s ready, you’ll put the onion to fry. When the onion is golden brown with put some ketchup and Mozzarella Cheese to taste and mix them, maybe for 2 or 3 minutes, and remove them from the heat. If you don’t like cheese and/or onion skip this step or use what you like.
  6. Now, we assemble the hamburger. So, you can make it however you want!
    For example I have a large plate. On this, I put one side of the bread and maybe on this some dressing, then I put the lettuce, on this I put some tomato slices and on top the burger. And here comes the challenge! Put the onion, cheese and ketchup mixture on the burger (that is why the large plate is important because that mixture slides throughout the burger) and finally, put the other side of the bread, if you want you can add dressing as well.

👩‍🍳This is really difficult for me because I 💖 food. I love cooking and eating as well.

👨‍🍳But for the challenge, let´s say that my favorite food is pizza, especially cold pizza😅.

🍽The ingredients you need to do pizza are flour, yeast, water, tomatoes, onions, basil, salt, sugar, oil, cheese, and some toppings like pepperoni.

🍴For the dough, you have to mix, the yeast and the water first and then mix it with the flour and the salt and the sugar.
For the tomato sauce: chop the onion and then put it on a pan with the oil until the onion is cooked, chop the tomatoes as well and put them on the pan too. Add the salt. When the sauce is almost ready add the basil and the oregano.

🍕When the dough and the sauce ready you can put the pizza together. First, stretch the dough in a flat baking sheet, spread the sauce, put the ingredients you like to add, and finally, add the cheese. Put the pizza in the oven for about 20 minutes. And enjoy!!! 🍕


Hello, my favorite food is all kinds of pasta. Although today I’ll teach you to prepare vegetable cream. For this you need the next ingredients:

  • 1/2 chicken breast
  • 1/2 small carrot
  • 2 creole potatoes
  • 2 large green beans
  • 1/2 onion
  • 1/2 green cucumber
  • Spinach
  • Olive oil
  • Salt
  • A little ginger
  • 1 cup of milk

To begin put the chicken breast in a pot, fill it with water, salt to taste, and cook it.

While the chicken breast is cook, peel ginger, the carrot, and the 2 creole potatoes, wash the green beans, and small piece chop it together with the carrot, the creole potatoes, the onion, and the green cucumber.

In a pot add a little olive oil and wait for some minutes until that is hot, put in this pot each vegetable that chop together the spinach, blend and sear all the ingredients for some minutes.

When the chicken breast is ready, use the water of this pot and pour it into the pot where are the vegetable without the chicken for 15 minutes.

After this time put into the blender all ingredients and add the cup of milk (wait a moment… You have two options: add the chicken into the blender or crumble them to decorate your plate).

Once upon blend all, you can serve and enjoy 😃

  • Tomato

    **🌮 What is the step-by-step recipe to make it?

  1. Place the flour in the form of a crown on a table and pour in the center, little by little, the water with the diluted yeast. Combine the dough, with olive oil , the salt and knead until obtaining a consintency elastic.

  2. Place in a bowl and cover it letting it leaven for 30 minutes, until doubled its volume.

  3. After 30 minutes, knead and stretch enough to form four pieces and cook for 20 minutes.

  4. Meanwhile prepare the tomato sauce seasoned with olive oil, salt and oregano and spread on the pizzas.

  5. Then add the chopped mozzarella with slices of pepperoni (or any other ingredient of your choice)

  6. Lastly, bake until golden and crisp.

mmm this is a tricky one, and a tasty one too. I gotta say that my favourite food is the typical argentinian asado. It’s easy to prepare. You just need to put the veal on the grill, make the fire and wait. It’s really important not to rush anything. You need to be patient. There is nothing like the flavour of slow-roasted veal. Once you see the veal is taking the right cooking color you just turn the meat over to complete the cook in the other side. When the asado is finally ready i highly recommend to add some veggies in the mix. In my opinion a good salad is the best companion for the asado. And of course food is not everything in the world. One of the requirements for a good asado is to having the right companionship to enjoy it more. Family, friends, work colleagues, that special someone 😃 . Bon appetit!

  4. After, put the red tomatoes, chilli (chipotle), and coriander , all inside the bender and mixed.

  6. Mix the roasted green tomatoes, half cream, cream cheese and roasted pepper. (spaguetti sauce)

    8.Serve a portion of green spaguetti and chilli shrimps.

Ecuadorian fish soup with lime pickled onions.
Ingredients 🍲

  • 2 lbs fresh tuna albacore or similar

  • 1 lb yuca or cassava fresh or frozen

  • 2 tbs sunflower oil

  • 2 tomatoes diced

  • ½ red onion diced

  • 1 teaspoon chili powder

  • 2 teaspoons ground cumin

  • 8 cups of water

  • 5 cilantro sprigs

  • Salt to taste


  1. Heat the oil on medium heat to make a refrito with diced onion, tomato, cumin, chili powder and salt.
  2. Add the water and cilantro springs, bring to a boil.
  3. Add the tuna and cook for until the tuna is fully cooked, about 15 minutes.
    Drain the tuna and keep the broth to cook the yuca.
  4. Separate or break the tuna into small to medium size pieces.
  5. Bring the tuna broth to a boil and add the yucas, cook until tender but firm, about 30-40 minutes for the frozen yuca.
  6. Take the yuca from the broth, remove the strings and cut into bite size chunks.
  7. Add the yuca chunks and tuna pieces to the broth, taste and add salt if needed.
  8. Re-warm the soup if necessary and serve topped with a good amount of pickled onion and tomato salsa, if desired can also be served with chifles or plantain chips, tostado corn nuts, avocado slices and extra lime slices.

  • 1 cup of milk
  • 1/3 cup of pancake mix
  • 2 teaspoons (tsp) of vanilla
  • 4 eggs
  • 6 slices (1 inch thick) of bread

  • ham (the more the merrier)
  • some mild cheddar (or the one you have at home) cheese

  • stir milk, pancake mix, vanilla and eggs until blended
  • spread about 1 tsp mustard in the inner side of each slice of bread (the pocket part)
  • put inside the pocket ham and cheese
  • dip bread in egg mixture, coating both sides
  • place bread on hot griddle and cook for about 5 minutes, turning once until beautiful golden brown
  • take out and sprinkle with powdered sugar

I love pasta in all its presentations.
To make pasta bolognese of course you need pasta and meat. Also yo need some tomatoes, salt and pepper. You can use cheese for the finishing touch.
Firts, you must defrost the meat (it must be ground beef) and you put it in a pot with water to cook it. Then you must chop the tomatoes to make the sauce in another pot and you need to put a pinch of salt and pepper, leave the tomatoes cooking for 15 minutes. When they are ready you can mix together with the meat.
Pasta is the simplest because it only needs to be cooked in water for 5-8 minutes.
When you serve the dish you can add a little cheese at the end.

This is a typical food here in Paraguay. It mainly has corn and cheese. The detailed ingredients are:

  • Corn flour
  • Paraguayan cheese
  • Full milk (it must be full, not light)
  • Onions
  • Eggs
  • Pork fat or tons of butter

How to make it:

  1. Fry the onions with salt. Reserve.
  2. Whisk the eggs until foamy. Firstly, in a separate bowl mix the corn flour, then the onion and the milk.
  3. Once the three ingredients from last point are well mixed, add the eggs and the cheese and mix again, until all the ingredients are well integrated.
  4. Grease the baking dish with the fat (could be oil too, but it’s more tasty with the fat), pour the mix into it.
  5. Bake for circa 40 min or until the surface becomes brown gold.

One of the easiest yet delicious food is crusty ham rolls (“rollitos de jamón”). Also this meal is among my favorite ones, for it is a simple recipe. If you’re starving and have little or no time -or it’s your lazy day, hehe- then this food is for you.

Take note because you will need the following:

  • 12 four tortillas, or corn tortillas. I prefer corn tortillas.
  • 12 ham slices, or more if you’re famished.
  • 250 grams of Oaxaca cheese (hey! that’s the name of the cheese, not that you have to bring cheese from Oaxaca!).
  • 6 slices of American cheese.
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil (my choice, but you can use another one).

🌮 What is the step-by-step recipe to make it?

  • First, put a slice -or two for a thicker roll- of ham, half a slice of American cheese, and a little of Oaxaca cheese on a tortilla.
  • Second, wrap all those ingredients by rolling the tortilla in a burrito or sushi roll style, taking care that no one of the ingredients spill out from the tortilla.
  • Using a pan, pour the oil and heat it on low heat, then fry the rolls until they get a crispy look.
    -Finally, serve them on a plate, AND ENJOY!

Peruvian Lomo Saltado

My favorite food is Lomo Saltado

RECIPE: Lomo Saltado
Serves 4

1 (16 ounce) bag frozen French fries
1 pound filet mignon
2 tablespoons soy sauce, divided
1 medium red onion
2 plum tomatoes
1 (2 inch) knob of ginger
1 tablespoon white vinegar
1 tablespoon aji amarillo paste
2 tablespoons canola oil
Cilantro, for garnish
White rice, for serving

-Add French fries to a rimmed sheet tray and bake as indicated on the back of the package.
-Slice the beef into thin ¼ inch thin slices. Drizzle with 1 tablespoon soy sauce and let marinate while you prep the remaining ingredients.
-Slice the onions into ¼ inch thick wedges. Slice each tomato into 8 wedges and remove the pulp and seeds. Chop ginger and cilantro.
-Whisk together the remaining tablespoon soy sauce, vinegar, and aji paste and set aside.
-Remove French fries from oven.
-Heat a large non-stick skillet over medium heat.
-Add oil and once it shimmers add the beef, and cook and stir until browned about 2 minutes.
-Remove to a plate.
-Add the onions and stir-fry until just soft, about 3-4 minutes.
-Add the ginger and stir-fry for 1 minute more.
-Return the beef to the pan along with the tomatoes, and any juices that may have accumulated on the plate, and stir frequently until tomatoes just begin to break down (but not completely soften).
-Stir in the soy sauce aji mixture and toss to combine. Add the French fries and stir all together. Sprinkle with cilantro. Serve on a plate with formed cup of white rice, garnished with cilantro - on side.

NOTES: Beef is easiest sliced when very cold. Pop it into the freezer for 20 minutes before slicing.

  3. In a hotplate place a pan and heat up this to medium temperature, when it is hot, put a stream of oil, the onions, and the garlic, and fry this a moment.
  4. When the onion has transparent color add the chicken and fry all together for 15 o more minutes, until that the chicken is cooked.
  5. Wash the mushrooms and sliced this on thin sheets.
  6. In another pan you need to add a little oil, another few sliced onions, garlic, and mushrooms, and fry all for 10 minutes, until that the mushroom is cooked.
  7. Put the cooked mushrooms with the chicken, add the milk’s cream and stir all for 5 minutes.
