8silvia-gutierrez6262Puntos6 meses<h1>What do you like doing?</h1> I have many hobbies like reading, watch series and movies, playing video games, but the one I like the most, is training Crossfit. <h1>Why do you like them?</h1> 📚I really enjoy reading, mostly novels and sci-fi, because it helps you to improve your imagination. 🍿 I like watching movies and series to relax my mind, and just have a good time and forget about any worry I might have. 🏋🏻♀️ I like to train Crossfit on the afternoons, so I can let go of my stress from work. I like Crossfit more any other sport because it creates a great community. Also it helped me to be more aware of my body, I learned how powerful my body can be if I train it well. <h1>How often do you do them?</h1> 📚 I try to read every night, and I set myself the goal to read at least 20 pages every time I grab my book. But right now it’s harder because I’m reading an e-book and I’m not use to it, so I barely read 5 pages before my eyes get tired. 🍿 I do this more often on the weekends, that’s when I have more time to watch TV. 🏋🏻♀️ I do it 5 days a week for an hour, although sometimes I take some breaks and do less days than that.
