What would you like to try for 30 days? 💪🏼
I would like to run at least 5 km for 30 days.
The other thing that I would like to do is sleep and wake up earlier than I did in the last days.

What do you think about the video?
The video is really motivating, I have the idea that we need to do something 21 days to create a habit, but 30 days is ok too.

What I’d like to try is trying to sleep early and wake up early, I mean, sleep at 🕠9 o’clock and wake up at 🕘5 o’clock. And another thing I would like to try is to read at least two 📝📝pages of a book every day for one hour.

There are a lot of things that I would like to try for 30 days, one of them is to get up earlier, doing more exercise, set my schedule for the day.

I loved the Ted Talks videos, and this one is very interesting. I think that if you start doing small challenges or routines and then you try to do this every day, you will become a disciplined person and this small challenge will become a habit and then you can do bigger challenges and will be a constant person and step by step you could do whatever you want.

To tell the truth, there’re many things I’d like to try, I’d like to try to exercise at least 4 days per week, I’d like to read at least a book every month, etc. I have no the time but I wanna try it, as the guy of the video said, the next 30 day are gonna pass, whether we want them or not, so I really want to do it.

I would like to try don’t eat sugar like do not put sugar in the juices, leave the chocolates, ice creams, desserts. I would like to wake up early in the mornings at 5:00 am. I would like to be more focused to learn English sometimes I prefer to do other things that continue studying. So I can say I would like to be more disciplined

have the determination and a strong desire to achieve those things that we postpone so much in our daily lives since as the days go by that something that initially costs us start will become easier and will become part of our daily routine. I was inspired by it. I will do the challenge of 30 days thinking one day at a time.

An advice: to build a habit, pick one and stick to it for a month, then go for the next, and the next. Also, I gave up sugar and even if it’s hard at the beginning, it’s really satisfying when you manage to control your sugar-anxiety. 😄

It’s better keep doing every day something for 20 minutes or 1 hour than doing something all the day or night… We don’t need to run for everything just enjoy all the little things because in a future will be better.

I’ll meditate in the morning for 15 minutes per day, I thing it is necessary for me and I want to find relax with that.

Made me thought about the things I could change, my habits that are bad for me, and others that I need to try… I used a handle to erase or start a habit, when I didn’t do it I changed the handle to the other hand and I started again and again for 21 days.

So many things I would like to do in the next 30 days. Work out for a least 30 mins daily. Eat more fruits and vegetables. Sleep 7-8 hours each night, but most importantly, create a plan and a schedule I can stick to and follow so that my days are more productive, especially now that I plan to study online

Hi everybody. I hope everyone is doing great 😄:
I would like to try not eating sugar, as @mtatiana115 mentioned, I want to improve my diet 😅. I would like to learn more languages (like Portuguese) recently I noticed that you have a Portuguese course, as soon as you finish with the two basic English courses that I need I will do the Portuguese course, it would be good that the next Challenge was of that language for 30 days, I like this methodology because 30 days doing a Challenge is something that can be achieved easily, the other challenges of 100 days is too much, maybe I will be able to do such a long Challenge. This month I will finish my two remaining courses of the basic level and complete the Portuguese course, practicing two hours a day🕠, if possible. 💪🏼

  • Take a ride by bicycle every day.

That is a great way of thinking, within 30 days you can create new healthy habits like the bike to work, write a novel, take a ride in the morning, whatever that you want, or subtract old no healthy habits like watch TV, drink a lot of coffee, spend the time in social network, as Matt says in the video, the small challenges allow you get great things, like, improve your quality life, create new ways of spending your time, you will be more productive. The main challenge is to try it now, for only 30 days, and after, congratulations, you have created a new habit.

    I would like to do more exercise because in the last days I was a long time sit in front a computer and I need more walk and practice strength for my fiscal state. In other case I like the habit of meditation and I study 2hr with the Pomodoro’s technic and those are a big achievements.

    The video was very interesting and valuable, its a great method for create habits, I was practices this method and is functional, but is full important understand we need qualities like perseverance, discipline, and attitude for continue learning and for a continuous improvement.

To be honest, it is really good, I noted that looking at our summary of this challenge, is very long that if I would like to write all that in a day. I’m not sure if I can do it.

In my way of learning English I learn to have the discipline to practice every day, and today I can share it.

First… this is a great video, 3 minutes hearing a great experience and good motivation to start more 30 days challenges. I could say with pride that after 100 days I have been doing at least one code challenge problem and studying intensively to become a Kotlin Dev

Spend 12 weeks with another daily topic learning challenge on another platform honing Kotlin and Java basics.
Also, I keep doing exercise four times per week and now I can resist the training better and I’m feeling the fit changes in the body

So the next will be…
Practicing a song singing and playing it with my acoustic guitar for 30 days 😄

I would like to do, in fact, what I’m going to do from tomorrow is studying for my university exam, because I want to go to college. I have not been able to study, and I want to think that it is due to lack of time but, now I think that is only because I had not proposed it, so I decided to do this for the next 30 days.

Hello 😎

I have been trying to meditate, exercise, or read a book within a month, and I must confess that it works for a period but a few months later I lose the rhythm.

So I now meditate, exercise, and read a book every now and then. The same with writing a daily journal, write a blog, etc.

The other things I want to try are: play guitar or piano, learn how to draw, or maybe write a novel like Matt from the video.

In 30 days I would like to try exercising, one hour or 40 minutes. Also take the largest number of courses in platzi, in the day I find it difficult to see more than two classes at the time but I will keep it in mind.

The video is interesting, in a way it motivates you to apply something new for 30 days. I’m going to admit something new these days

In the next 30 days I would like to finish an e-book that I’ve been trying to read. It has been difficult because I’m not used to read books on my phone, I always get distracted and I end up checking Facebook instead of reading.
📖 My daily goal is going to be reading at least 7 pages every night. Also, as it is in english, and it uses an upper level of vocabulary, I’m going to highlight every new word.

☀️ Another goal, is going to wake up earlier than I’m doing right now.


I enjoyed the video, it’s true that small daily goals can become a habit.
