FOOD What’s your favorite food? Seafood, specially ceviche, shrimps, octopus and fish. I love seafood, it is so fresh and tasteful. What is it made with? Ceviche is made with raw fish, cilantro, tomatoes, onion, avocado and some spices like pepper. Why do you like it? It is so refreshing, tasteful and mouthwatering. Picture yourself in the summer eating ceviche in your backyard. It sounds great, doesn't it?

I really enjoy eating Pasta, and my favorite is pasta a la ruota

What is it made with?

To make Pasta a la ruota you need: 
- scrape the inside a giant circle ruota cheese
- put inside the cheese a hot and freshly made pasta
- then mix the flavors

¿What is your favorito food? My favorito food is gallo pinto. ¿What is it made of? It has rice, beans, fried eggs, pork and you can eat it with a cup of coffee. Why do you like it? Becuase it's the main tipical meal in my country, I eat gallo pinto everyday.

. ¿What do you do for a living? I work as an administrator in my father's company.

¿What are your responsabilities in your job? I am in charge of accounting, cash closing, inventor y closing, payroll calculations, purchase orders, among others.

What’s your favorite food? My favorite food is "Pasticho" (A venezuelan lasagna) What is it made with? It is made with about 5 to 6 layers of pasta, with 4 fillings between them. A creamy bechamel sauce and a savory tomato meat sauce, 2 layers of mozarrela cheese and 2 layers of ham. At the top a little portion of parmesan cheese, Why do you like it? Because i love everything has to do with pasta. Also after it comes out of the oven you can smell both sauces mixing together and see melted parmesan cheese at the top.

What do you do? I work in a factory of pre-processed food. What are you responsible for? Internal process, elaboration and packaging. What personal and professional goals do you have this year?

Professional: Improve my English Conversation Skills. Learn, practice and finish Web development Career. Change my Job, and work in the Tech Industry as a JR Developer.

Food: What’s your favorite food? I like Chinese food because it is salty and tasty. My favorite dish is Peking Duck. I think it is an incredible dish.

What is it made with? Duck, sweet bean sauce, and pancakes.

Why do you like it? I love the crispy and tender duck, the sweet sauce, and the combination with chives.
