    Hello there! I think in touristical place very famous. It's a place enormous, fascinating and unique in the worl. The weather is very cold and the ground is white because it is salt. In some places small shallow lagoons form that looks like mirrors because they reflects the sky.

    Does anyone want to guess?

    Hiii! This is my description

    Rumoured to be the busiest intersection in the world, sending people in all directions with every pulsing light change. Hundreds of people - and at peak times upwards of 3000 people - cross at a time, coming from all directions at once. It is a reference in many video games, some like "The Word Ends With You" were only developed in this place.

    Anyone want to guess? 💚

    Seee yaaaa!👋🏻

    Actually, I am going through a poor job fit. I feel my work is too simple and not challenging like it was during the first 9 months.

    My job consists of doing the same activities every week. When I was new there was a high rate of mistakes but with simple actions I took it to 0. Obviously only if the procedure is followed.

    However, I started feeling that I was wasting my time there before the pandemic. After that happened it became so hard to find a new job because all you could hear was that lot of people was being fired.

    So what I learned is that there are some places where they are not going to promote you. You have to explain to them why you need a promotion. If that doesn't work, you have to define the kind of job you need to look for and start applying until you find it. Or find a second job, which is what I am doing now.

    Leaving my current job would be terrible to my finances, so I guess that if I had a second income source, I could move to another job without so many problems because of the salary. A new job that can be a real challenge and from which I can learn and grow.

    This place is exciting, fun and very colorful. There are many similar parks around the world, with different thematic. I wish to will go to know that place. It's an amusement park that use brick blocks with different colors and forms in it. The people think that this place is only for children, but I think that it is for all ages and for the family.

    Hello everyone. This is my answer to challenge number 13.

    ++Advanced Level++

    In my point of view, to learn from tough or challenging situations at work we need to be open to learning from the situation. Also, be conscious that we are not always correct. Finally, always keep in mind that you can't change the actions of others. However, you can change the way you react to the situation.
