- The first meeting could be very serious and become awkward
- If you client does not you, it is difficult try to convence them, so you need to be prepared and research about the company before of the meeting

I'm using a professional account currently, I use it to communicate with my clients and my team, sometimes I use my personal account with some clients who know me for more than 3 or 4 years before I create my company, I know… It’s not professional it’s very informal but those clients are friends and almost family today. Nowadays it’s very common to use other platforms like slack in order to communicate with some team members, sometimes feels informal but it is more useful when you want fluent communications.

I do have a corporate email account, I use it every day to send and receive information like RFI, RFQ, and RFP. Since the pandemic has begun, the use of corporate email has increased and other platforms like zoom or google meet too. Although those tools are useful, field visits are necessary because of the coordinations in situ in order to get a successful project, but due to the pandemic making field visits are kind of complicated because of all the security procedures that must be followed.

Estudiante2️⃣Intermediate Hello there! At my work use professional emails for all employees. I use it everyday, except on weekends. The email is useful to send documents or program meetings but I prefer another ways of communications like Telegram or Slack. It's easier talk with other coworkers with those apps.
