Here is my SWOT analysis. I took a canva layout and this is the result:

    swot-platzi.png

I'm not sure if my SWOT analysis was done correctly because I mixed personal and professional parameters between all points of revision. The action plan to make better my SWOT is actually in progress in its professional way but it needs to improve actions for personal one. I need to be more extroverted, sometimes I feel I could learn or progress faster but my skills to express myself stop me and it is a consecuence I can't practice as well as I would like. I choose growing of technology as opportunity and threat at the same time because learning must be considerer as routine. Today I can say it is but activities and external factors can make me stop learning and it could be a problem. My career evolves fast and I am afraid it makes faster than I can control it.

    -----

The second activity which is on our notion is here too:

I chose to write the analysis of a song. The song's name is 'The border' by 'Astronauts, etc'. Here is the Youtube link of the song:

The border - Astronauts, etc | Living in symbol - 2018

These band is a solo band formed by Anthony Ferraro, who was a member of another band called 'Toro y Moy'. The music gender Ferraro's band is a strange mix of chillwave and syth-pop with spacial sounds. This kind of classification is present usually in 'modern' bands which can't clasified its music and use eclectic concepts to say its music doesn't have classification hahaha. I'll write verses of the lyric and I'll give my interpretation.

Some love their straight-jackets but I'm partial to my sleeves Drawn among the ones who trade good judgement for a peek

It means people get used on things they tie them down and they think can't change but the person of the interpretation notices a bit that is wrong this thoughts.

The border is vanishing at the corners I must be getting warmer I approach the door and it moves farther from me I was told of the danger But I can hear liberation coming off the hall, it only quickens my feet

This is the chorus and in few words says person of interpretation realizes it is factible to run away and the sensations on the body are strong and intense. The person sees face to face to the truth and wants to reach it no matter what.

Who's that frowning figure I see waiting in the wings? I lose concentration when his gaze falls onto me

In the end, liberation allows to find ourselves to analyze our situation and remeber the first verse where we accept our chains. There is an infinite loop which turn once and once between the idea to be free and to be trapped with all entire world.

The chorus repeats again and a very chill music finishes with the song. The border is ourselves. To be free, we need to escape of ourselves.

I love 'The border' song because is smooth and the beat the song has is relaxing. The bass sound is total insane and violins at the botton makes a spatial atmosphere that is cool.

Greetings! I love all challenges of the English Bootcamp <3

++Argentine economic crisis: the loop that never stops.++

One century ago, Argentina used to be one of the richest countries in the world. That’s difficult to imagine if we focus on Argentina of the last 90 years, who has suffered two hyperinflations (if you are from Venezuela, you know the magnitude of this problem), and is on the way to the third, and has reduced its PIB, and has stopped growing. Yes, Argentina has declined since all this time. And you will be wondering ‘what are the causes of that problem?’ Well, that’s the loop of ignorance. Let me explain to you the three most important causes.

Fiscal deficit Let’s start with the root of the problem: the fiscal deficit. What is that? Well, basically, it’s when the State spends more than it earns. If we replicate this situation on an individual, we could say that this person has financial problems, so, if it wants to solve it in order to avoid debts, it will have to reduce their spending or increase their earnings. Well, in my country politicians and economists don’t understand that, so we have had just 10 years of fiscal surplus during 117 years! So, that is the main cause of the next problems: inflation and debt.

Inflation Inflation could be defined as the generalized growth of prices. But, what is the cause of this? Well, the most accepted theory around the world (except by many argentine politicians and economists) about the cause of the inflation is the banknote printing. Ok, but, when do politicians turn on the printer? Well, when they have to pay the debt of the State, what we call the fiscal deficit. Now, you probably are understanding a bit more the importance of it. And, as we had said, the increase of the amount of bills produces a fall of the purchasing power, and therefore an increase of poverty. Now, in this situation when politicians can print bills anymore, unless they want to become the country in Venezuela, they have to play their last card: ask for a loan.

Public debt For people who don’t know it, a loan is an amount of money that is loaned, as the name says, by another person or entity, specially, banks, which will be returned in the future with interest. That’s very common in business, or with States. But, in Argentina's case, we have had nine defaults (including the current default), that is when a country can’t pay their debt, so the interest rates are really high, so the country has several problems paying them in the future.

To sum up, we have reviewed the three main problems that have had Argentina during a century, and we can define the fiscal deficit as the killer of the economy. However, despite the fact that we have repeated those problems a lot of time, a big part of argentinians think that they are not the causes of our crisis, or think that the governments who have to solve those problems, are actually the cause. So, as George Santayana said in Reason in Common Sense, “Those who cannot remember the past are condemned to repeat it”, and this is the terminal illness in Argentina.

R.- One of the most important ecosystems in Mexico are the “Mangrove swamp”, we call It “Manglar”. These are some of the benefits for the environment:

    1) Water treatment: The mangrove can purifit the saltwater into sweet water, even can clean impurities from water, impurities made by human being. 2) Home for animals: Many animals live beneath the roots of the mangrove, since crustaceans until crocodiles, even birds live on the mangrove, eating fishes and crustaceans. Creating a great cycle of life. an environment where you see predators, means than that environment is rich on biodiversity, because it means that the ecosystem has all the links in the food chain: Since primary consumers as the mangrove, until terciary consumers as predators. 3) Reducing vulnerability against hurricanes: The mangrove usually grow up on the line of coast or lagoons, forming natural barrers that protects the coast for winds. Making a safer place on the hurricane season. 4) Reducing soil erosion: The soil where the mangrove grow up cannot being erosionated because the mangrove protects it against the hurrivanes, is the same phenomenon as the vulnerability with hurricanes. 5) Healthiest soil: The products than the mangrove drop out work as fertilizer for the soil, the branches, leafs, etc.

These reasons that I remember, but there are many more. This is why we have to protect the mangrove and stop the felling of this environment. It is one of the most important natural resources of the planet, so we have to keep it safe.

The happiness of our costumers is the most important.

Have you ever wondered if your clients are happy when buy your products or your services. And you know why is very important have happy costumers?

We need to understand that most unhappy customers don’t complain, and many others will leave and never come back. So first of all, what is customer happiness? The answer is not always easy. Customer happiness is when your customers are fully satisfied with your product and services. This can be hard to achieve as all customers are different and you won’t be able to keep 100% of all of your customers happy. But here I can explain why the happiness of costumers is so important to our business.

Customers are the engine of our business.

If customers are happy we have a customer loyalty and customer retention and that is very important because they will choose our brand over our competitors! Also it’s important to minimize your customers leaving. Customer churn happens for several reasons, but it´s important minimize them mainly by keeping our customers happy. Let's not forget that when customers are happy with our brand, they will recommend our company to friends and family and probably they leave a positive review. This will improve our brand reputation as consumers will start to associate our brand with a positive experience.

In this way we can conclude that we have to seek the happiness of our clients because they are going to make our business work and grow. There are many things we can do to ensure our customers are happy and stay happy, we just have to know how to find how. And don´t forget happy customers can have a direct impact on our business!

And you have been wondering if your customers are happy.
