"The costumer is always right" is famous sentence that anyone into the marketing (or any job that has to deal with costumers) has to learn before starting. The idea as a whole is not the they are always right, sometimes customers do make mistakes, or create an unfair situation. But there is a balance where the costumer happiness can create more income for the company, or create a better environment for all the other costumers that could end in a higher profit that the cost of arguing or challenging them.

People raised in Japan are more disciplined than people raised in England. Actually, Japanese people are the most disciplined in the world. Chile has a longer coast than Spain. Even though India is one of the biggest countries in the world, Brazil is bigger than India.

“The customer is always right” I think maybe not always but It is important to keep in mind that we are humans and we all have a mistakes. However our customers must be the most important person and we need to learn how to manage our emotions and take the experiences and feedback to grow.

“The customer is always right”. Do you agree or disagree? Explain your answer in your own words in 50-100 words.

I disagree with this phrase because the customer is not a perfect person. Although the customer service is based on providing help to the customer, support to any problem and attention to any opinion or suggestion, the customer as well has some responsibilities at the moment of using the customer service and as a human being they made mistakes. As we could see in the class “Is the customer always right?”, both the customer service and the costumer, have obligations. I understand this like a relationship between customer service and customer. A relationship cannot be maintained if only one of the parties is considered to be right, so every point of view must be heard in order to have team work.
